Jens POV
"Fuck you nick!" I screamed at the top of my lungs.
I stormed out of his house and drove to mine and shut my self off from the world for nearly a month. I eventually got up and ?saw the mess around my bed of pizza boxes and soda cans I grabbed them all up and threw them in the trash making a mental note to take them out this afternoon. I was getting hungry again so I trekked to the fridge to find it fully stocked with a note from josh saying "hey gurl you were sleeping when I came by with groceries give me a call when you wake up love josh" the smile on my face was unavoidable and I texted josh
'Thanks for the food come by now if your not busy I'm making fried chicken ;)' I soon got a reply of 'nice to see you too Jen and fried chicken and my best friend I'm in! Be there in 10' I soon started on the chicken from a recipe my mom had given me when she came to LA. there was a nock on the door and I shouted "IT'S OPEN" and soon enough josh swung the door open and hugged me by my waist placing a wet sloppy kiss on my cheek and in the most baby like voice ever saying
"I missed you jenny"
"I missed you too josh"
kissing his cheek and placing the fried chicken and soda on the couch where we were sat. The conversations were pointless as always and consisted of lots of laughter until he asked me about nick
"Well long story short he's a dick who I flew to London to surprise and opened his house door to find him fucking a blonde girl I stormed out saying fuck you nick were over."
I finished then releasing floods of tears and josh pulled me into a hug lay flat on top of him he pressed kisses to my neck saying nick was a fool to let me go and how perfect I was.i shut him up by pressing my lips against his, this kiss was different it wasn't staged like katniss and peetas it was josh and Jen and I loved it. He broke the kiss asking
"What was that?" My response was
"A kiss to show you how much I love you." We smiled and drifted off to sleep in each others arms.
I could get used to this.
