Chapter 17.

"Happy Birthday!" Was the wake-up call I received from numerous voices, I opened my eyes to see Tyler and Kyle stood at the end of my bed with a handful of balloons each. Nate and Thomas were already awake and sat leaning against the headboard I had a strange feeling that they knew about this. The smirks on their faces were enough to tell me that they did indeed know this was going to be my wake up call.

"Thank you" I said sitting up to lean against the headboard and wiping the sleep out of my eyes.

"That's not all" Tyler said bringing a cupcake with a lit candle out from behind his back and passing it over to me being careful not to pop any of the balloons that were now floating around the bedroom.

"This looks good" I said my mouth watering at the chocolate cupcake with white icing on the top.

"Well first you have to blow out the candle and make a wish little one" Thomas said from beside me.

"I don't know what to wish for" I said my mind going completely blank.

"Well you better think fast or you will be eating more candle wax than icing" Kyle said with amusement lining his features.

"Umm I wish for a-" I started to say but got cut off by Nate pressing a hand over my mouth.

"You can't say it out loud or it won't come true" Nate said causing me to raise my eyebrows. He hadn't removed his hand so I stuck my tongue out and licked his palm which caused him to let out a shriek and pull his hand away. The rest of us started giggling.

"I'm sorry" I said laughing still having not made my birthday wish.

"Jamie it's fine just make your wish" Nate said sulking.

"Okay" I said closing my eyes and blowing out my candle and saying in my mind 'I wish that the next three months of my life will be a new beginning'. Opening my eyes I saw that everyone was me.

"What are you guys looking at?" I asked.

"Nothing now eat your cupcake, we have a lot to do today" Nate said sliding out of the bed, meaning I could admire him without his shirt.

"What are we doing today?" I asked getting curious as to what they have planned.

"That is a surprise" Thomas said also sliding out of the bed, he too was also not wearing a shirt meaning I was having a very good to start to my birthday.

"Okay I think you two should go and get dressed before the birthday girl passes out" Tyler said jumping onto the bed next to me laughing. They both looked at me with amusement spreading over their faces, I could feel my face heating up so I quickly put the rest of my cupcake into my mouth.

"Come on Nate let's get dressed" Thomas said walking out of our room and into the closet laughing at me trying to swallow the huge amount of cake that was in my mouth. Nate and Kyle followed leaving me and Tyler alone.

"Tyler!" I said punching him in the arm.

"You were thinking it I just had the guts to say it, now you need to get dressed so we can start making this birthday one of the best ever" Tyler said standing up by the side of the bed holding his hand out to pull me up. Good thing I was in one of the guy's shirts and a pair of my shorts or Tyler would have seen a lot more than anyone wanted.

"Yeah, yeah" I said taking his hand and pulling myself up so I was standing on the bed, jumping off and onto the floor next to Tyler.

No one would tell me what had been planned for my birthday all that I did know was that we would be travelling for a little while in order to get to wherever my birthday surprise was. I was wearing my navy blue skinny jeans, and an off the shoulder grey shirt. I had even decided to wear a pair of beige boots which went to just under my knees they even had a slight heel which Nate, Thomas and Kyle were all shocked to see me wearing.
