It's another day of school. I can do this. I tell myself internally.
"Hey, Ashley!" Someone chirps from behind. I flinch. I know who it is.
Hesitantly, I turn and wave to her. She smiles at me, chilling me to the bone.
"Soooo, I was just thinking," Please stop lying, haven't you heard it wasn't good for you? "Maybe you," She points to my chest, "And I could get some 'girl time' together!" She gives me a big smile, unaware of the growing dread and clenching grip in my stomach.
I look around desperatley for a form of escape, but there was none.
