Chapter 3

After the whole thing with Jc I excused myself to the room I was sharing with Connor. The good thing was that Connor was a neat freak so the room wasn't dirty. He had taken the bed in the corner and I got the one by the window which had a pretty good view of the town.

It was about 7 so I decided to take a shower and change into something else. We were supposed to leave at around 8:30 to go out to eat and explore. Jc had said that down town was prettier at night. So I decided to dress in this.

I had just finished curling my last strand of hair when Connor came into my room.

"There's a thing called knocking Connor. I could of been changing!!" I say looking at him.

"There's something called locking the dddoooorr!!" Connor says grinning.

I laugh. "Smartass."

"Shut up!" He lays on his bed and stares at me. A smile on his face.

I raise my eyebrows at him.

"What?" I say as I put my curling iron away.

"I've missed you."

"Awwwie Connor!!"

"I know I know. Cheesy right but it's true. I've missed annoying you and getting you into trouble." He says sitting up.

"Yeah. Always getting me grounded and stuff." I smile sitting next to him. He puts an arm around me and kisses my forehead.

"Do you miss him?" He whispers.

"Always." I mutter, my eyes getting a bit watery

"I still remember the day that Brian died. Worst day of my life." He says

"Us both.......I miss him."

"Yeah." Connor says looking down.

I punch him lightly on the arm and smile up at him.

"But don't worry Connor...... he's in a better place now right.. Come on let's go downstairs and see if everybody else is ready. before I start crying." I say blinking my eyes.

"and may I say, Connor, you look really hot today!" I say winking

"I know, I know. Gotta look good for the ladies." He laughs

I smile. "Come on Connor. Let's go downstairs."

He gets up and puts his arm around my shoulders walking me downstairs.

When we get downstairs, everybody's dressed up.

Sam.

Ricky.

Trevor.

Connor.

Ricardo.

Kian.

and then there was Jc. Looking hella fine. ha. hella. you get the jizz. Lol.

I'm so stupid. Anyways.... I just though he was really cute. I got down and went to go sit by Trevor.

"Hey little man, what's up?" I ask looking at the game he was playing on his phone.

"Just addicted to Tetris." He says smiling.

"Oh I love that game. You should totally play candy crush. You'll love it Trev."

"Oh yeah, I heard about that game. Thanks I'll try it out."

"Anytime kido." I say smiling

"So how's my girl today?" Kian asks hugging me.

"Yeah Buddy a bit to touchy." I say grinning.

"Oh sorry Bri" He says staring to move away.

"I didn't say I didn't like it." I wink.

"Ohhhhh.."

"CONNOR!!! KIANS FLIRTING WITH YOU COUSIN!!!" Sam yells.

"Kian. Leave her ALONE!!!" Connor yells from the kitchen.

"Thanks bro. Thanks a lot." Kian whispers to Sam.

"When ever you need me dude." He says sweetly.

I laugh and sit next to Jc. I gotta get to know this kid.

I sit and he looks up. A smile on his face.
