"It seams the lad has no more spit in him."

Donta walks over the girl laying on the ground. Kneeling next to her and place the book on her.

"Sorry sweet heart do hunt us from the after life. It want I who did this to you."

After having Cryo put in his restraints. The pair with there captive in tow. Headed back to the village to make for there travel back to Umberhulk. The village had a eerie atmosphere cast upon it. All the villagers are in there home with there family unaware of that had happen. But there was one soul that just happen to be looking out of there window. When the boy caught sight of Cryo being pulled behind the inquisitor and ranger. He rushed out the boy around 15 summers.

"Whats going on why is Mr. Cryosin tied up." Did he do something no he count have don't what ever you think he did." 

"Boy this be the law. He was found using magic and not only that but he killed someone with his magic."

"What Cryosin would never kill anyone." 

"Oh ye be wrong there lad. He tried to kill me with it but hit the pretty lass that he was with."

"What that cant be true is it?"

"If ye don't believe me just look at the state the lad is in."

upon a closer inspection the boy was frightened by Cryo's state. The boy's parents came out of the house and shooed the boy back in side.

It's the law of Lummer that if a Inquisitor said you are guilty of using magic. That no one other then the king can interfere with them. The Inquisitor can do two thing with the accuse magic user. They ether seal there magic and sell them into slavery or execute them. This law went into effect after the last king was killed by a mage from a rebel faction. The war lasted 30 Summers and in that time. The late king Mercer Fairfrost went to war with the Silva'gen  of the Nepenthe. The Silva'gen Army is made up of nothing but magic users. But that nothing special when the hole race has the gift of magic. King Mercer fearful of the power a army of magic users controlled. Knowing his army couldn't go toe to toe with the Silva'gen army. He called the queen of Nepenthe to form a alliance. Later the night the king sent a messenger to Sylvarna the capital of Nepenthe. The king had secret meeting with a notorious brotherhood of assassin's named Black Moon. After four moons have gone the messenger returned with the queen of Nepenthe. During the time the queen was in Umberhulk, the Capitol of  Lummer. The black moon assassin's tried to carry out there mission but was  caught be for they could even make it to the queens room. They attempted several time and was foiled every time. In the last attempted the queens guards captured the assassin and tortured him in to telling how hired them. When the news the Silva'gen went on a rampaged through out the city. In the chaos the Silva'gen queen was able to escape the castle and the city. The Silva'gen wanted to leave the king a gift the gift that he tried to give there queen. Following the late kings death the Lost Arcana law was passed. By the law only Inquisitors are allowed  to use magic and you are born in to a Inquisitor family. There has only been 12 family's.

The sun has only been in it resting place for 2 hours. When a party of three makes camp in the Izmar forest. The tallest of them about 40 summers his skin has a slight tinge of green. From the bottom lip are two k9 teeth. His hair cut in to a short mohawk. The man looked like a steel statue in his armor. The sword that he wore like a cape, was just as tall as he. The thinner of the three skin was also green , but it was differ from the talller man. It was more vibrant shade of grass green. Her hair was made up of leaf's but they were a shade of blue. Her gown was made up of assorted foliage. Even if you had a closer look the gown looks to be part of her. She appears to not have any weapons other then her staff.  The third was a human boy of 18 summers. Judging from his physique he had to be a fighter. He had no armor but the was a long sword  dangling from his hip. While setting up there camp. A flash of light drew there attain to it location.
