This Chapter: Sora's POV

I'm having a walk down-West-town with Muru. Oh, I missed him so much! I slung my arm over his shoulder and we walked together. "It's been a long time since I saw you Muru."

"Yes, it's been quite a while."

"Then why don't you look like you missed me? Is it because if the poker face again? Man, you haven't changed." I said while I shook my head.

Samuru avoided my question and asked me another one instead. "Why did you suddenly barge into the crossfire place? How on earth did you find us anyway?"

"Muru, you know my job, right? Then it's supposed to be easy to know how I knew."

"Yes, I know you were a detective as so as a spy. So I'm guessing you tracked me down with something you put on your clothes."

"That's my bro. I used that armband I gave you as a kid." I grinned. "Oh, and guess what? I decided to be a B-shot."

"Did dad approve of your plan?"

"Yes, that's what made me so exited all this time. I can play B-Daman with you again Muru! Just like when we were little."

Then, just then, I saw a hint of a tiniest bit of smile on Muru's face. I was so happy. I thought he doesn't do smiles anymore. But this proves me wrong. I smiled along with him.

I remembered when we were little...

(Flashback)

"Hey Muru!!! Let's play!!!"
"Not now Sora, I'm training!!"
"But training is boring..."
"It's not if you have a goal."
"Then, have a match with me!"
"What??"
"Have a match with me! If I lose, then I can train for one goal. To beat you. But if you lose, you'll have more reason to train, right?"
"Fine, I'll have a match with you."
"Yay!! C'mon, let's go to the park Muru!"
"Okay..."

In the park....

"Tornado Spiral Attack" "Blow it away, Lightning Dravise!!"
"Supernova" "Shine like the stars, Cyclone Dravibe!!"

A few minutes later...

"Yay, I won!!!"
"Congrats Sora."
"Thanks Muru"

(Flashback Ends)

"Hey Muru, let's go to the park!"
"Why?"
"I want to have a match with you."
"Why?"
"Oh, stop asking! Just come!!"
"Fine.."

They went to the B-park and found themselves a "Furious Gates Strike" table and took turns playing it. Samuru was up first. He unleashed his spirit shot and scored 120 points. However, when Sora unleashed his special move, he scored 130 points, so that's a 10 point win for Sora.

"Yay, I won!!!"
"Congrats Sora."
"Thanks Muru"

Those words were just like the words Sora and Samuru said a few years ago, which made both very happy. It's like a sensation of Deja Vu.

Finally, Samuru said. "I missed you. I'm glad you came back."

"Now that's something I didn't expect to hear from 'the Great Samuru of the West'."

"Ah, shut up."

"Okay Muru ^^"
