"Okay, Investigating department. Let's talk about a new plan."
As Arthur uttered those words, silence filled the whole room. Our brains are thinking of a proposal. Concentrating, developing, formulating. Some of our members take down notes, scribble words, made floor plans, and etc. Seconds, minutes pass by. Until...
"I've got a plan." Arthur stood from his chair and lay his hands on the table. As expected from our Head. "We will divide people into groups. First group is the surveillance group of the penitentiary. Six members will replace some of the workers of the surveillance cameras. Your purpose is to watch the suspect's movements and actions, every day and night. We will talk about the time shift later.
"Second group is the surveillance group of the whole New York City. Eight members will work in the surveillance job of NYC. And don't worry, we'll talk about that later. You will serve as the lookout of the intruders. Same with the first group, you need to work day and night. Time shift? Let's talk later.
"Third group will be Alexander, Heidi, and Samuel. You will be the one to pretend as one of their policemen. Try to blend in as possible as yo can. We'll start training tomorrow.
"Fourth group will be the Reporters. Seven members belong to this circle. First, second, an third group, listen. Once you find some information relation to the suspect, outline it to the Reporters. Fourth group, your job is to gather information the first three groups will give you and once you find anything, tell it immediately to the fifth group. Also, time shifts are also required here.
"Lastly, the fifth group will be the Main Brains. Only the most outstanding and the brilliant members will belong to this group. With the help of the Reporters, the Main Brains will be the one to analyze and study all the information and solve some cases. Anytime the Main Brains is available. No time shifts or whatsoever."
Our minds exploded as Arthur spoke his plan. It was almost flawless.
The next thing that Arthur did was to announce the names of the members that belong to the groups. Scarlet was placed in the lookouts of New York City, Evan was placed in the Reporters, and only three members was placed in the Main Brains: Gretchen Co, Arthur, and of course, me.
"Questions?" Arthur asked. I raised my hand. I have another plan.
"Place me in the first group." I suggested. Arthur's jaw almost dropped.
"Excuse me? You are needed in the Main Brains and you're the Leader of this department?" Arthur uttered, with a tone of sarcasm in his voice.
"Come on. Just place me. You can approach me anytime when you need me. Emergency only."
"No, Miracle. This is important. Our lives are in risk."
"Arthur, I know what I'm doing. Just place me in the first group. Everything will be fine." Arthur sighed. Plan A? Success.

Arthur ordered us to go to our groups and discuss a plan. After minutes, he'll proceed to groups after another, to know and organize the considered plan.
"So, I've made up my mind." Francine Noel, the leader of the first group, started. "What if, we do an interview or something like that?"
"Or like gain the trust of our co-policemen? Make them as our friends?" Cory Warren, our co-member, suggested.
They discussed a lot of things and did make a plan, while I'm there, just sitting with them, listening to there suggestions, and not doing anything.
