Kaysar's POV:
Olivia was recounting the painful betrayal she had just experienced, and every tear that fell from her face intensified my anger. I should have known better. Emma's untrustworthiness and Sion's disloyalty had shown themselves multiple times.
Flashback:
One afternoon, while sitting alone in the park to unwind, I spotted two familiar faces, Emma and Sion. I was about to approach them to say hello when I witnessed something that infuriated me – they were holding hands!
Fueled by anger, I stormed up to them and grabbed Sion by the arm. "Hey, what the he—"
Sion was cut off, probably shocked by my sudden appearance, and Emma was equally stunned.
"What the hell are you doing here with Emma and holding hands with each other?!" I demanded angrily.
"N-no... uhm, Sion and I just happened to run into each other here at the park. Emma wasn't feeling well, so I held her hand to support her. It's all a misunderstanding," Sion stammered, avoiding direct eye contact.
"Yeah, it's just a misunderstanding," Emma chimed in hastily.
Present:
I knew there was something fishy about them back then at the park. I should have trusted my instincts and been more cautious. I regret not warning my sister earlier and preventing her from getting hurt. I vowed to help Olivia seek revenge.
"Hey, baby girl, I think you need some rest now. Eros and I will leave you be," I told Olivia gently as I held back my anger.
After leaving Olivia's room, Eros and I retreated to my room.
"Hey, Eros, aren't you angry?" I asked as I unleashed my frustration on a punching bag in my room.
"Of course, I'm furious! No man should treat a lady the way that bastard treated Olivia!" Eros exclaimed, his eyes blazing with anger.
"Listen up, I have an idea!" I said, sitting down on my bed next to Eros. "First, we need to make Olivia stronger. Your father owns a gym, right? Let Olivia join your gym, and you can teach her how to box!"
Eros scratched his head, puzzled. "Sure, but why boxing?"
"Well, you know Sion and Emma are 'popular' kids in school, though not as popular as you and me, obviously. Since they're popular, they're likely to rally other students against Olivia, and soon, verbal attacks will start. Verbal attacks can easily turn into physical ones. I want Olivia to be able to defend herself," I explained to Eros, who could sometimes be a bit slow to catch on.
Eros's POV:
Me and Olivia together? Me teaching her boxing? It seemed impossible, but I couldn't bear the thought of her getting hurt. I needed to restrain my emotions, especially given my feelings towards her.
"Hellooooo, are you there, Eros?" Kaysar snapped me back to reality before my thoughts wandered again.
"Huh... what? Okay," I replied, still feeling a bit dazed.
