"F*cking brat."
I muttered under my breath as I slapped her.
"Don't you know anything about growing headaches? Dammit."
The pounding on my head was growing intense. I sighed and sat down looking at her and fixing my fingerless gloves.
"A-Are. A-Are you going to.. K-kill me?" She said as she nervously looked down and tears streamed down her cheeks.
"Depends if you really talk this much and yell." I don't know why HE wanted her.. She can't work as much as a maid or anything exactly.
"S-So.." She said carefully. I raised my eyebrow and fixed my shades.
"What's your name exactly?" I asked as I sat down and leaned forward.
"Y/n.. What's yours?"
"Ruby." I plainly said.
Gedis pov:
I went outside and saw the trail leading to a forest far away. I gulped and looked at Jeremy.
"We have to go." I said.
Jeremy nodded and followed the trail as I went behind him.
"Honesty. I don't know anything."
I said and picked up a stick. A sharp one.
"R-Right." He said impatiently and walked faster. I rolled my eyes and heard a twig snap.
"Who's there?" I said. I pointed the stick to where the sound led. I gulped. My heartbeat increasing.
"Woah. It's just me."
I rolled my eyes as Toby made his way out of the bushes.
"You guys just left me hanging while I was sleepin'."He said.
"Sleeping?" I said boringly.
"Yup." He said as he popped the p.
