Onika Maraj: Bully

Chapter 2

  Onika P.O.V.

Washing my face I walk out the girl bathroom looking at the clock I saw that I was 10 minutes late for my first block class. Walking down the hallway I open the door to first block class which was chemistry. Opening the door I felt the entire class eye on me. 

Mr.Banks: Onika you are late..

Onika: I know..

Mr.Banks: Do you have a pass for being tardy?

Onika: No..

Mr.Banks: Sit down and turn to page 277 and copy everything down. 

Heading to the seat to back of the class..I saw Tremaine looking at me walking down the alley to get to my seat. Walking I felt him stuck is foot out tripping me onto the floor.. standing up I heard most of the class laughing standing up I continue to walk toward my seat. Sitting down I took out my chemistry textbook and turn to  page 277 and start copying everything down. 

After finishing copying everything down Mr. Banks give us this pop quiz. Handing me the pop quiz I answer the question and flip my paper over. Collecting the paper he sat back down at his desk and start grading them. Sitting in the back of the class I start playing with my finger nails when I start Tremaine walk up to my desk.. Great  I mumble to myself...why can't he just leave me alone??

Tremaine: Hey Onika

Onika: Hey Tremaine

Tremaine: Call me Trey

Onika: OK. Trey..

Trey: So how you think you did that on that pop quiz?

Onika: Alright..

Trey: True true...so do me a flavor..

Onika: A flavor?

Trey: Yeah. See I have this stupid ass history project to do on some black dudes name Nat Turner..and I was wondering since you a loser and have no life out side of school you can do it..

Onika: I have other stuff to do for other classes..so I don't know if I can do it.

Trey: I not asking you stupid I telling you..and if I get any below an A you going to regret it..Understand?

Onika: Yes..

Trey: *Smile* Good. I give you the stuff later..

Standing up he left me in the back of the room. Looking down I start playing with my nails. Looking back up I start Mr.Banks handing back the pop quiz..getting to me he handed me my pop quiz with an 100% and smiling face at top. Looking at the bottom of the paper I saw he wrote me a note. Don't worry about the tardy you my favorite student so I will not mark it.  

Smiling to myself I put the quiz in my Chemistry binder..putting it back in my book-bag I heard the bell ring for next block..getting up. I was the last person to leave..walking down the hallway I saw Rihanna and Chris walking down the hallway..trying to avoid eye contact I her Chris call me Nerdy rat girl..ignoring his comment I walk in my 2nd block which was geometry..sitting down in the back of the class I took my binder out and waited til everyone came in and  for Ms. Brief to start teaching
