Lenni's pov

I sat there looking out the bus window, I've been really out of it lately.
And i shouldn't be.
Im missing my family and friends.
But the environment of the team is the environment i should be in.
A happy one.
Ive been use to off and on relationships.
Come and go friends.
Lack of good relationships has really hurt me in the past.
Ive promised my family that ill never go back to my old ways.
Depression.
Im hoping curtis will and can Change me for the better.
I want him to be the happy place i need.
I sat there still looking out the window waiting for the boys. We have dinner, than a game tonight.
All the boys are more than nervous.
But i know that they can do it.

Each of the Boys came shuffling on one by one.
I saw curtis and max talking to each other as they walked on.
"Hey Babe" curtis said to me as he took the seat next me.
"Aloha Handsome" i said back
"Do you know where we are going to eat?" He asked
"I heard AppleBees"
"Cool cool" he said
"So baby, the real question is are you going to wear a Lazar Jersey tonight? Or a Domi one?" Curtis asked as if it was the most serious question in the world
I saw max stare at me with his eyes narrowed.
"Well boys, i don't got money to go spend on a Lazar jersey. And family first. I still love you curtisssssss" i said drawing out the s in his name
"Ah its okay babe. Next time." Curtis said
I smiled at Max and he smile back.

We pulled into the AppleBees parking lot, and entered the restaurant, we where seated at a large table and menus where placed in front of us.
We all ordered, and soon devoured our food.
"Well guys we have to be at the rink in 30 minutes, we might as well go shortly" Max said
Understandable.

Not to long after we all loaded up the bus again and left.
I was put into a seat right behind team Canada's bench. So the boys where literally right in front of me.

The game went on. Points where scored. Periods went on.
And before i knew It. Team canada was celebrating there first win.
I smiled and cheered with joy.
They did it.
