3.Catching Up

Bom smiled as she saw how well Dara was doing now. The results showed her as the CEO of the DC firm. Bom vaguely remembered Dara telling her that it was her Dad's company. It was an architecture firm and it seemed to be doing really.

"She still looks so young" said Bom looking at the image on her screen "And still looks almost the same"

Then she searched for Choi Seung Hyun. A whole lot of results showed up and she couldn't figure out which one was Top. So she switched to the next person.

Then she searched for Lee Chae Rin and again, the results did not come properly. The same happened for all others until she reached Ji Yong's name.

'Kwon Ji Yong' she typed.

A sea of results showed up. She noticed that he had become extremely successful and seemed very rich. He, like Dara was a successful Buisnessman and the head of JY Corps. 

She wondered if he and Dara had kept in touch. They would obviously know each other if they are both doing business right?

But she still didn't know what any of the others were doing.

She sighed and took her phone to text her one of her colleagues and realised that she wanted to buy a new phone earlier.

That made her remember the time during her freshman year when buying a phone was a big deal.

**  Bom smiled happily as she clutched her phone to her chest. She and Dara were in Bom's room and were excitedly checking Bom's phone.

Dara had officially come to stay at Bom's house with the parent's consent and even though Dara was offered the guest room, she chose to stay in Bom's room. 

They both found a art time job at a small restaurant - cafe sort of place which paid them well. Even Bom's pay go to Dara because she wanted Dara to be able to save up quickly and escape from her mom.

It has been nearly 4 months since the school year started and Bom who had been begging for a new phone since then, had finally got it. It was midnight and the two girls were happily giggling under the blanket.

"I wonder what Seungri would say" chuckled Dara. Seungri had been talking about wanting a phone for quite sometime now but his parents have made it clear he is not getting one.

The next morning, Dara and Bom managed to reach school just in time.

'TRIIIIIIIIINNNGGG' rang the bell which the gang had come to hate in the past few months. It was the bell which reminded them that they had to get their bottoms to their homeroom class. Another reason they hated the bell was because it means Homeroom. And Homeroom means the most unpleasant teacher Yang Hyun Suk.

As they were walking to their class, Bom called Seungri aside for a second.

"Oh Noona, whats up?" he asked. "I got something to show you" she smirked. "I don't like the look on your face" frowned Seungri "What is it Noona?" he asked, making puppy eyes. 

Bom shook her head. "Wait till lunch" she said firmly as they entered their class.

They were greeted with the sour face of their teacher when they entered. He looked at the gang with distaste which they returned with equal enthusiasm.

As the teacher kept droning on, Daesung and Seungri took to annoying Youngbae and Top went off to sleep while Ji Yong started writing his music. He had been doing this for quite some time now. He wanted to write music and sing.

Chaerin was looking out of the window, while Minzy and Dara were paying attention to what the teacher blabbed. Meanwhile, Bom just kept sketching or simply making random quotes here and there on the pages of her text book.
