Always (a captainswan fanfic)

Chapter 3

**Killian's POV**

It feels like forever since Emma left. I'm so worried about her and I hope she doesn't have any issues with her head, or ribs, or knee. I'm sitting here with charming and snow at granny's. We haven't talked though. I can tell there worried about Emma too.

"Their back! Their back!" I here someone yell. I quickly get out of the booth, as does snow and charming. Henry is at the counter and he gets up too. Ruby is watching Neil.

We run out of the diner and onto the street where I see the yellow bug. I see Regina and Robin and Roland all get out of the car, but no Emma.

"Where Emma?" I question Regina.

"She blacked out just when we got back into the town. She was under a lot of stress and I think it affected her concussion. She's in the back seat.  I practically run over to the car and see my swan lying in the backseat.

"We should get her to the hospital now!" Charming says getting into the driver seat.

"Thank you Regina for getting her back and I'm glad Robin and Roland are safe. We'll talk about everything that happened later. Bye." Snow says to Regina. Regina just nods. I climb into the backseat and gently put Emma's head onto my lap. I gently stroke her hair.

"Please Emma be ok." I whisper to her. We drive to the hospital and Emma doesn't stir at all. We finally get to the hospital and I gently set her head back down on the seat and then I get out of the car. I then lift Emma out of the car and carry her into the hospital entrance.

Charming and snow go up and start talking to the people there. They then come out with a stretcher and I gently set her down on the bed thing. The roll her away and tell us there gonna see what's going on with her.

This is all to familiar. Sitting in the waiting room, waiting for Emma, being anxious.

We sit and wait and I can't just sit there so I get up and start pacing around.

"You're pacing isn't gonna help anything." David tells me. I don't stop.

"Killian, she's gonna be ok. Have a little hope." Mary Margaret tells me. I just keep pacing. I can't stop.

Finally what feels like forever a nurse comes out and tell us that Emma is ok, she just was getting so stressed out that her concussion got worse so she blacked out. She also told us that Emma could leave, but needed to rest and not stress about anything and be somewhere where it's not to noisy. She also told us we could all go in.

We all go down the hall and to the room, but I let charming and snow see there child first cause that's her parents and I'm just her boyfriend I guess that's what they call it here. I can see Emma through the clear glass and she looks exhausted.

"Emma, we were so worried." I hear snow say. She leans down and hugs her.

"I'm ok mom really." She says back. David also hugs Emma. They talk a little more but Emma then says something that catches my attention.

"Where's killian?" She asks them. They look around like I should be in the room with them. They tell her to hold on for a moment. I turn around so it looks like I wasn't watching them. I hear the door open and I turn to the charmings.

"She would like to see you." Snow says to me. I nod and walk into the room. Swan smiles as she sees me walking toward her.

"Hi swan." I say to her.

"Hi killain." She says back. I walk over to her bed and embrace her.

"I'm so sorry I shouldn't have gone. You were right, going was a bad decision." She says to me once I release her.
