"What?!" I stare at her in shockness. My eyes grow wide as if it's about to crawl out from my skull. "No, you didn't!""Well, yes I did." Piper says, blowing the disgusting smoke out of her nose. I dislike her for smoking. It's bad for her health and people around her.
"Oh god!" I am so screwed, "and quit it, Piper." I walk to the window sill where she sits and take the dead stick between her fingers. With so much cat fight with her, I can finally throw it to the ground and stomp on it.
"What the fuck?" Now she is glaring at me. Hello? It supposed to be me glaring at her not the other way around. "That's my last, Cassidy!"
"Well, what the f too, sister? You're the one who's sending a letter to a random person with me as the sender!" My legs are jelly now and I let myself fall to the floor.
Piper went to my room this afternoon because she wanted to tell me that she did something fun yesterday. I, as a good little sister, listened to her wonderful bed time story aside of doing my math homework which turned out to be a serious nightmare.
She chuckles. Now, realizes that she's the one who started it all.
"You know the guy."
"A guy?!" I pull my hair. I don't believe that this punk in front of me is my biological sister. "I don't know any guy!"
"Except this one. He's the guy you talked about the other day. The one with tattoos and scary look on his eyes or should I recall as the new kid at school." I don't understand at first until, "turns out this hot mess is our new neighbor."
"You sent it to that guy?!" At this point, I really want to stomp her so she can join her dead stick.
So, there's this new troublemaker. Rumors said that he was kicked out from the latest school because he let go numerous of pigs to a charity event because somehow he told the officers that he was bored, getting in drugs to the campus and had been arrested a couple of times. Pretty much a delinquent. But, I didn't believe it though. Looked like he quoted those stories from books and movies. A guy at his age couldn't do that such things.
At the first day of school, he almost threw his fist at our councilor's face. I saw it when I passed Mr. Jenkins' office. Panic and afraid all over my body, I grabbed whomever that passed the hall and pushed he or she to the office so that they could save our councilor. Great, it's none other than Jimmy, our astrology club member which I believed couldn't do anything either. I went home and that was when I knew that he was my new neighbor when he came back to his new home sweet home with his loud ride. So I knew that he was our neighbor first than Piper.
"Why him?!"
"Blame dad. He grounded me for a month with no electronic devices and wanted me to study every night with him at his office. One day he left me to do shits and I got so bored. Being a total genius I was and am, the idea just popped on my mind because you told me about him once and from the looked of you, you didn't like that kid."
"I never told you whether I like him or not. And," I emphasize, "it doesn't mean that if I don't like anybody you can send them letters, Piper." Sometimes she can be this irritatingly childish.
Piper smirks, "That's why, sister. Piper is here to help. You don't like him, that's your first impression. He is your schoolmate and our new neighbor. One plus one equals two. The letter is to make you and him know each other."
"I don't need a new friend, Piper." I place my head between my knees. "What did you write?"
"Something juicy." She wiggles her eyebrows. Don't even know how come she can do it.
"I need to go." With that, I grab my jacket, put some slippers on then run to the next door. I need to clarify all of these mistakes before it gets worse.
someone's going to pee in her pants.
