Author's Note: Sup? So. Just so you know, this story is based off the Vocaloid song series: The Story of Evil. I reccomend watching a playlist/video of the Story of Evil . It's really cool! In the original version of the story, the princess (Yes it's a originally a princess but I tweaked the story a bit to make it fit) and the servant are actually twin siblings. In this situation though, they are best friends. Just so you understand. Without further adieu, here you go! OwO

I stared down at the woman lying in front of me, bleeding to death. Her eyes filled with anger and agony. Her body was full of wounds big and small.

"Felix how could you!? Don't you remember that I was the one who taught you everything you know?! I treated you as if you were family when your family abandoned you! For all those things I did for you, I get this in return?!" She spat, tears running down her cheeks.

I sighed.

"This is not for pleasure Madam Marzia. I am merely following the straight orders my prince gave me."

My instructor gritted her teeth, trying to hold in the screams of pain.

"So Prince Cry made you do this..." She muttered, sniffling and wiping away her tears.

"Madam, as you already know, the prince means the world to me. Please. Don't do anything foolish.  I know you planned for me to be more than a fugitive but I chose to be his servant and I have no regrets about it. I'll do anything to protect him."I replied.

"I must go now. The task has been fufilled and it is almost time for my carriage to arrive. Farewell."

I took my bloody sword and slowly walked away from the deserted forest I left the girl in. I heard her mumble something before I went for the direction of the village.

"I'm sorry."

I stopped walking. I was quite uncertain of what she was sorry for.

Maybe it's for something in the future or for accusing me for doing the act for pleasure or just a distraction from boredom.  I suppose it doesn't matter.

Without another thought, I kept walking back to the village I was supposed to meet my carriage.
