Chapter 8: Trust You With Life

     Rose's Pov: Ty was buried by the tree yesterday by the guys. I haven't talked at all and the guys left me alone. I didn't think I was capable of what I did yesterday. I put a black rose on his grave and was ready to meet Notch. Well, as ready as I can be. As we were eating there was a golden flash and Notch appeared. "I see you made it. Better late than never." I said harshly, it was the first time I said anything since Ty died yesterday. Notch looked around. "There are only eight. Where is the ninth?"

     I glared at him. "You didn't see yesterday? Some Minecraftian Lord you are. He died. Now Alter Sorcerer's going to pay." His eyes widened. I though my plate down on the log. "I'll be back. Maybe. I don't know." I started walking to the edge of the mountain, spreading my wings to their full length. I jumped off and took off. "Rose wait!"

     Adam's Pov: "Rose wait!" I yelled as she flew away. "Ugh. Why did you choose me Ty?" 

     "What do you mean?" I turned around and sighed. The memory of what Ty told me played in my head as I told them.

- Memory -

     It was a few months after we saved Rose and I was cleaning my room. I heard a knock on the door and I answered. "Oh hey Ty." 

     "We need to talk." He was completely seriouse. "Come in." He did and I closed the door. He sighed. "Adam...I know this is a lot to ask, but I trust you the most." He turned around to face me. "Adam." He was completely seriouse. "I have a huge favore that only I trust you with." 

      "What is it?" He walked over. "I want you to take care of Rose in case...in case something happens. If I die Rose will feel as if everything is over. I want you to stay by her side in case the unthinkable happens."

     "Ty, nothing will happen."

     "I'm doing this in case something does happen. Adam, I trust you with my life. Now I'm trusting you with Rose's life. I've known you longer than anyone else on the team. Please, if something happens to me, take care of Rose." I nodded. "I will, Ty." He hugged me. "Thank you." He let go and walked out.

- Memory Over -

     They all stared at me. "I'll be back." 

     "Where are you going?" I stood at the edge of the cliff. "To make sure Rose comes back alive."
