Rewind.

Remember what just happened?

Let me tell you how it happened.

Let's rewind a few years back...

I sat in the living room on our couch in our week old flat, snuggled up in a soft blanket given to us as a wedding present, holding a small tub of chocolate ice cream. I was watching my favorite TV show.

Then the door bursts open.

"Honey, I'm home!" Simon laughed.
I smiled.
"God, I've always wanted to do that." He said to himself and laughed.
He closed the door, and I turned around to see him.
He carried at least five boxes of pizza and placed it down on the dining table.
"Hey, babe." I smiled.
He walked closer to me, bent down, and kissed my forehead.
"Hey." He smiled.
He sat down next to me.
"This will be the boy's first time visiting our new flat, hopefully nothing breaks." Simon chuckled.
"Oh crap! I forgot they were coming over! I gotta go get ready." I stood up.
But before I could take a step, Simon stopped me.
He grabbed my wrist.
"Come on, they've lived with you for a year. I'm pretty sure they'll be fine seeing you without make up and fancy clothes." He said.
I was wearing leggings, a sidemen hoodie and didn't have any make up on.
"But--"
"No buts, now come sit down, relax and spend a little time with me. I'm your husband for god's sake." He smiled, pulling me down on his lap.
"Okay..."
He hugged me.
"Besides, when the boys come over I can't do this without JJ screaming." He laughed.
I hugged him back, my arms wrapped around his neck.
"I love you, you know that?" I mumbled.
"Yeah..." He looked at me.
"..and I love you too." He gave me a quick kiss, and looked back at the TV.
"You see, if JJ was here he'd ruin that whole thing." He chuckled.
"True. He'd run around the whole flat screaming 'Oh my god' over and over again." I smiled.

"Are we gonna make videos while they're here?" I asked.
"Do you love being my wife?" He asked.
"Of course." I replied.
"Then we both have our answers." He laughed.

The video intercom buzzed.
We ran to the box.
There was an image of an eye.
"Simon? Sabrina? Is this working? Hello? Hello? Helloooooo?" A high pitched voice was heard.
Annndd I already know who it is.
"JJ, get your eye away from the camera, it's creepy." Simon laughed.
"Oh..." He stood back.
"Hi!!!!!!" He shouted at the camera.
As he stood back it revealed a group of boys.

There stood my family. My crazy wonderful family.

They were laughing, their heads red from laughter.
"Sorry, I think Jide drank too much red bull." Josh laughed.
"Just come in, guys... Before JJ starts receiving noise complaints and gets sent to a mental hospital." Simon laughed.
Everyone started laughing.

"Wait, JJ! You gotta slow down!" Harry shouted.
JJ must have just ran in the building without them.
"They live too high up, Jide!" Vikk shouted.
"I'm Aubameyang, boys!" We could hear JJ shout.
"Race you guys to the top." Josh said before sprinting off, the boys following.
We could still here them shouting.
"No fair, you guys got a head start!"

These boys were crazy...

... But I love them.
