Tabito walked over to the desk beside Soras'. Sora started staring at him for a while.
"Um..what's up?" Tabito said nervously.
"Huh? Oh sorry. I was just looking at the birds out the window." Sora said nervously smiling. Tabito leaned a little back. "Is this helping?"
"Yeah.."
"Boys. Please stop talking and pay attention." yelled the teacher.
"Sorry Sensei."
The teacher stared at Tabito for a few seconds waiting for his apology.
"Psst..you're supposed to say "Sorry Sensei" whispered Sora.
"Oh! Um..my apologies Sensei."
"It's alright Tabito. Next time you should remember." The teacher went back to work.
"Hey. Thanks for the save!" Tabito whispered back and smiled.
And that's what made Sora's heart thump.
