I was awake due to the smell of the hospital. I hated the hospital because of the way it smelled. I opened my eyes to see Layla on the chair next to my bed. My hand was wrapped with a bandage and I was hooked up to an IV.
" Raven are you OK?" Layla asked as she leaned toward me. I nodded my head.
" How long have I been out?" I asked Layla because I wanted to know how many days I have been out.
" Hmm..... well let's see.. first, you lost blood from the fall and then you got your head banged pretty hard. So all in total you were out for 5 days." Layla said with a smirk. I smirked along with her. For some reason I wasn't sad that I missed school for 5 days. My whole life I never missed any day of school until now.
" Oh, wait you haven't heard the best news of all yet." Layla said with a smile. something told me that I was gong to like this news.
" What?" I said giving her my full attention.
" Well after you passe out the principle came out mad and stuff. He was especially shocked when he saw blood on you and Layla pinning you against the wall. He gave he and her minions 3 day suspension and a week worth of cleaning when you go back to school." Layla said with a huge smiled. i couldn't help but to laugh and Layla joined me.
" I guess that good enough for her but I would totally love to see her face when her father heard the news." I said wondering what Lexi's dad would think. Her dad got mad at her for getting jealous and being enemy with me. Our parents were good friends but we weren't. Layla nodded and we laugh again.
" Layla can you grab my clothes and keep guard?" I asked Layla. She knew what I meant. I was trying to get the hell out of the hospital. Layla was my best friend so she knew how much I hated the hospital. I unwrapped the bandage on my head and pulled out the IV from my arm. It hurt but I didn't care. I put my on my clothes that Layla got me.
" Your mom and dad came earlier and brought you extra clothes to change and took your other on back." Layla explained as I put on m shoes. I looked at Layla and she nodded as we made our move out the hospital.
Layla and I went to the parking lot and got in her car. I plugged my phone in the car charger and put on some music.
" So what's the plan?" I asked Layla unsure of what we were going to be doing. Layla had a huge smirk that was appearing on her face as she looked at me.
" Why do you have that face?" I asked getting really curois about what she was going to say or do.
" Well Raven, you now how you had that fight right. And also how every one knows that your not the innocence Raven no more right?" Layla said with a smirk.
I nodded.
"Yeah, why?" I asked with a really confused look.
" Well, since everyone know that you aren't a nerd and a bad ass, you should at least dress like it." Layla said.
I looked at her and just stared.
" So your basically saying, what?' I asked.
" Your going to get a makeover!" Layla said happily. I trued to argue with Layla but I couldn't because once she make up her mind we can't stop her.
