Poseidon's Curse

"Tell us everything and don't leave anything out" said Alyssa.

"Ok well I guess I should start out at the basics. My mother Penelope and my father Poseidon met at a mortal Halloween. My father dressed as himself and oddly enough my mother dressed as a mermaid. They instantly hit it off and went back to my mothers place. I'm not going to say what happened next but you can guess. It was after that, that my father told my mother who he really was and explained to her that she would probably never see him again. I remember as a child my mother would avoid every question I asked about him and would cry herself to sleep that night. When I turned 15 she told me who my father was and asked if I ever noticed anything odd about myself. I just told her that it kinda explained my whole life, I was really good in the water. And I felt peaceful around animals. Then she showed me to camp Half-Blood. I remember not having anyone there and it was just myself, I remember training with the sons and daughters of Ares. That's when I realized I could do more than just command water. I could make the animals obey my command, I could summon a heavy rain, and if I got to the right energy level I could shape-shift into what ever I wanted to. For that reason people started hunting me, all the demigods wanted to know what was so different about me. Up until this point I never used my gifts for anything but fun, I didn't know I could kill people if I summoned a colony of ants. I was on the run for two years, never stopping and staying in one place. When I was sure everything had calmed down I went home to see my mother. As soon as I walked into the door and she was tied to a chair. I untied her and she told me to go back to camp Half-Blood. She said that neither of us was safe near each other. So I got my old busted up car (the one we are in now) and drove to camp Half-Blood. I have never drove there before but someone or something led me there. When I was almost there I saw at least 5 cyclops walking towards camp Half-Blood. I didn't know if my mind trick could work on them but I thought that if I failed it wouldn't be that bad. So I tried it I looked at all of them and with a loud commanding voice I said 'Forget what you are doing, Forget everything'. It worked I was so happy I just walked the rest of the way to camp. And as I was walking I started to realize that I was forgetting things. Simple things like how to walk or move my hands, but somehow I got to camp and then I passed out. I don't remember much after that, the only thing I can recall strongly was my father clamming me and everyone in disbelief. Even I was that was the first time I ever saw him, I couldn't help but wonder if I looked anything like him. I know that's a weird think to think because normally you would think, oh hey where have you been. But I know where he's been in fact I could sense him around me sometimes. When I was younger I didn't know what it was but as I grew up I realized that my father was around. Now I bet your wondering why we are running, well its a funny thing actually we have to go save my half-brother. Oh and yes he is a son of Poseidon too. The reason why we have to save him is because he hasn't been born yet and when he comes out there are a whole bunch of people who will want to take him. So now we are heading to go see my brother, something tells me he's going to be big one day. Any questions?" I said.

"Um just a couple" said Alyssa " what's your brothers name and by any chance is a group name 'The Archives-Men, also why are they wearing all black it's like 100 degrees out here" said Alyssa.

"Well I don't know how you found out about the name but yes they are called 'The Archives-Men' and they are very dangerous. If you ever see them just say something like, oh I don't know, apple" I said.

"APPLE" said Alyssa.

"What where, oh crap ummmmmm, get down they can't see you. I'm going to have to do something. Look for any animals on the side of the road if you see one tell me which one it is" I said.

"Ummmm I see a dog (no), birds (no), a squirrel (no), oh how about an elephant? (where do you see that). Over there it doesn't matter just do the thingy" said Alyssa. 

"Ok" I said, then without staring at the elephant I thought in my head. Go to the car behind me, don't hurt or kill them, just let them know who we are. 

Then as soon as I spoke into the elephants mind, it turned around and ran straight towards the car. I couldn't help but feel proud of myself because of what I did. I said a silent prayer to thank my father for the amazing gifts in which I hope he was grateful for.

"Wow that was awesome Teegan, I have never seen anything quite like that. Alyssa and I was so quiet thinking will this work and then all of a sudden the elephant turns around and heads for their car. Amazing, brilliant, I'm in awe, you are really talented. You know most people wont believe me but I knew from the day that you walked in that you had something special to you. But this I would have NEVER guessed this. I wonder what the two of you could do together?" said Tumnus.

"Tumnus thanks for all that, and that's brilliant in itself Alyssa will our gifts combined we could do some pretty powerful stuff." 

*RING* *RING*

"Hey Teegan your phone is ringing" said Alyssa.

"Hello" I said as I put it on speaker.

"Meet me a block away from where your brother lives bring Alyssa and Tumnus I would really like to meet them finally" said the random person.
