I can’t hold back the tears that fall from my eyes. Reading that short passage, I remember so many amazing things about my best friend. Things that those short, cold sentences say nothing about. Seth is waiting in the car for me, his black hair blowing in the gentle wind. I blow a kiss on the wind, looking up to the sky. I don’t believe in God or heaven or anything, but I really hope Allie is in a good place.
