Harry -
Harry brushed his hair back from his eyes and looked at himself in the mirror. Dark circles from lack of sleep covered the bottoms of Harry's eyes. Tears welled up and his bottom lip quivered as he thought of you. Harry straitened his black tie and stepped back from the mirror to examine his outfit, he smoothed the crease out of his jacket remembering how much you liked it when he got all spiffied up for you. He choked back a cry, it was to early for tears, the servise hadn't even started yet.
Harry wiped the tears away and sighed. He turned from the mirror and stepped out of the small church bathroom. As Harry looked around the huge church, memories flooded his mind. Many beautiful memories the two of you had shared in the church, the first time you had locked eyes on each other, Your first kiss, your wedding, your daughter Mackenzie's first steps were outside in the small but beautiful garden. You hadn't really enjoyed the church very much and didn't really claim any specific religion but you went because Harry did. He could remember all those times he pulled you out of the house and made you come with him, you hated it but you still went.
The two of you were madly in love. You had two precious daughters with Harry, the oldest ten years old her name Mackenzie and the youngest seven, her name Natalie. Harry wanted to break down and cry as he approached the two of them sitting in there best dresses, Mackenzie held Natalie in her arms as she silently cried. Harry bent down in front them and held each there hands in his.
"Everything will be alright guys," He whispered to them for the tenth time that morning.
Mackenzie nodded her head but his words only made Natalie cry harder into Mackenzie's side. Harry sat down next to them and scooped them up into his arms. He whispered soothing things into their ears as the service began. Half way through Mackenzie broke down into loud sobs. Harry tried to sooth her but she wouldnt calm down. Desmond picked her up in his arms and carried her out of the church. He sat her down on the steps and told her how things were going to be tough and everything was going to change but she had to be strong.
Harry ran his hand through his hair and clutched Natalie close to his chest. He finally let himself cry for the first time in the last three days. He didn't want to cry because he wanted to stay strong for the girls but he was also partly in denial. He didn't want any of this to be true, He just wanted his life back. He wanted to go back to the time when he would come home and find you in the kitchen helping the girls with there home work. He wanted to be greeted by your sweet kisses after a long day if work, he wanted to wake up to you lying next to him and laying soft kisses over his entire body. He missed you, you were his other half and now he felt incomplete.
He finally was able to control himself just in time for his speech. He had tried to prepare something to say but every time he sat down and thought his mind became mush, his eyes watered and he couldn't see the paper or the pen. He had nothing planned to say but he knew exactly what he wanted to say.
As Harry stepped up he saw Mackenzie and Des enter the back of the church and take a seat. He looked down at Natalie sleeping in his mothers arms. Harry smiled through his tears at everyone that was lucky to know you. He ran his hand through his hair and sighed.
Harry cleared his throat then began, " I tried countless time to try and write something to say today but every time I failed. I failed because there are no words to describe how amazing Y/N was. No words to represent how grand of a mother she was, what such and unbelievably stunning wife she was.... Y/N was my best friend."
Harry couldn't finish he fell to his knees and cried. He buried his face in his hands as he wept for the lose of his one true love. Mackenzie shot up from her seat and ran forward through the church, she gently pushed Liam and Louis out of the way as she made we way to her father. She wrapped her arms around Harry and he pulled her in.
"It will be okay daddy," She whispered in his ear, "Mummy is in a better place."
Louis -
you walked over to Louis who was curled up asleep on the couch. His hair was a mess, and it seemed as if he hadn't shaved in weeks. His face seemed pained and his eyes looked puffy as he cuddled up to your favorite green pillow pet. You loved it because of how soft it felt, you loved it even more because Louis bought it for you to snuggle with while he was away on tour. You wondered what he was doing with it, but left him alone as he looked comfortable.
You caressed his cheek and he suddenly seemed at ease and relaxed. Louis whined and moaned you name sounding as if he was in pain and hurt. You frowned then leaned down and kissed his forehead, he smiled and sighed in his sleep mumbling something you can't quite understand. You look up at the tv screen and smile. Louis had fallen asleep watching your wedding video. You giggle to yourself then looked around at the floor, it seemed that Louis had been having a marathon of family videos. among the pile of videos were scattered beer cans and dirty tissues. Three empty tissue boxes lied tossed on the floor, you frowned in confusion. When you had left that morning Louis had been fine and in rather a good mood, you hadn't seen any signs of him being upset.
You looked around the rest of the apartment and noticed that it seemed rather dirty. You crinkle your nose, wondering how that all of this could possibly happen in just one day. Everything suddenly seemed quiet through out the whole house. The silence bothered you massively.
"Louis?" You call out but he doesn't hear you, " Louis!" You scream.
Louis sits up on the couch and hold his chest, you had scared him awake. Louis looks around scared but then relaxes and lays back down. You frown then walk into the living room. Louis sits up on the couch and pulls the pillow pet into his lap and gives it a squeeze.
"Louis what's going on?" You ask standing in front of the television.
Louis doesn't answer you just continues as if he doesn't see you. Louis starts to sob as he turns up the television to listen to the toasts at your wedding. You begin to get mad as Louis ignores you, but at the same time you feel scared. Why is he acting as if he can't see you? this idea frightened you.
"Louis for god sake answer me! this isn't funny!" You scream kicking the bowl of popcorn off the table making popcorn fly across the room scattering all over the floor.
Louis jumps horrified. "What the fuck!" He screamed. holding his hand to his chest he cried harder and cowered in fear behind the green stuffed animal.
"You really can't see me..." Your eyes widen in fear as you start to understand what's going on.
Louis cries harder, "Y/N."
You slowly walk towards him then sit next to him in the couch. You place your hand on his and stare into those watery blue eyes. You have so much you want to say to him, but you know there is no point. You want to cry and tell him goodbye but where are you anyways you don't even know. All you known is that you're luck enough to be able to be with him right then an there, even if he didnt know you were there.
"I love you Louis," You whisper into his ear then kiss him in the cheek.
Louis smiles then seems to looks right at you. Tears stream down his face as he nods his head and turns back to the television where the two of you are having your first dance. You can't look away from Louis' sweet puffy face, and it surprises you when Louis sighs then with fresh tears pouring from his eyes, and a quivering jaw he whispers, "I love you Y/N."
