Veronica's POV
We arrived at the park which was indeed unsanitary and broken down. No wonder nobody comes there. Bottles and cigarette buds were all over the place. The place looked dry and untouched by any human being.
" Surround the place, look for anything. " I heard Morgan say and police scattered all over, looking for anything. I was walking around too with Reid.
" So does your mother still live around here? " He said. I nodded and looked back down.
" How come you don't go to see her? " He asked.

I was feeding my little sister Mac & Cheese since it was the only thing I'm allowed to make. Afterall, I was only eleven anyways. She chowed it down like a puppy and I let him eat as much as she wanted before I had any myself. She passed out on the living room couch before I could even put in a movie for her. I heard the door open and then shut. I swallowed hard when a man appeared with a shaggy dark beard and creepy eyes. I didn't know what to do. He stared at me, wantingly and then looked at my sister. He winked at me and went upstairs into my moms room. I shakingly picked up my sister and locked us in my room as I heard slapping and my mom scream.
" Veronica? Are you okay ? " Spencer said, shaking me. I popped back to reality. I need to get myself help from these memories. I looked down on the road and realized something.
" Mud. " I said, bending down towards it.
" Mud? " Spencer said, confused.
" Yes. Okay if I was the victim with a knee injury. I walked all the way from my house, I would rest somewhere where they can see me but yet I don't want to look suspicious but still see the road. " I said, standing up.
" Right there. " I said, pointing the rock by a water fountain. I ran over there with Spencer and sat on the rock to feel the victims.
" See. I can see the road but I don't look suspicious because I'm on crutches. " Reid waved his finger at me.
" Plus you look like an easy target due to the injury to the knee. " He said.
" Correct and if I was him or her, I would know she went down here which means he was watching her for awhile. "
" Which means he knows her and she wasn't hesitate about getting in the car. "
I looked over his shoulder and found what I was looking for and immediately got up, running to the middle of the road.
" Tire tracks. " Reid said, shocked. I nodded.
" They curl up to the grass which means this was the car of our UnSub. "
" The tire tracks look like all-seasoned tires and they belong to a chevy pickup truck. " I said, standing up myself up.
" How are you so sure? " I heard Reid say.
" Because I've learned about trucks since I was younger and never once answered a question wrong in Metals class back in high school. " I said, winking at him as I walked past to tell Morgan what I discovered.
*Flashback*
I was giggling and laughing with my best friend, Holly as we were walking home from school with tiny bowls of bright red ice cream. Even though it was fall outside and the wind was chilly. It was back when I was just in the middle of senior year at eighteen and was leaving to go to U of V next semester. We decided to take a shortcut through the alley way to get to her house. As we were walking by, I saw a little girl at the age of thirteen with UGG boots, black leggings and a baggy black sweatshirt with her hair back walk up to a older man in all black and a shady look on his face.
