I hummed low to 'Bestfriend' by young thug while straightening my hair. I put my flat iron down looking into the mirror and seeing Juicy watching me while swinging her feet on the bed. "Wow your so pretty Courtney" She said and I blushed "Thanks mama"
"Where you guys going tonight?" She asked and I shrugged shit I didn't know myself knowing Swae we where probably going somewhere unsafe. "I couldn't tell you myself hun" I said looking over my makeup.
"He's here girl" Alexis and Keki said busting into my room. I sighed looking around for my clutch.
"Wait hold up I gotta use the ladies room real quick " I said running to the bathroom bearing Alexis loud mouth ass. "Girl hurry up how you gone have your man waiting!" She snapped and I rolled my eyes finishing up. I washed my hands and my phone started buzzing. I dried my hands and answered without looking at the caller Id.
"Hello?" I said still drying my hands and holding the phone with my shoulder. "You still sound beautiful " My heart dropped hearing that voice. I looked in the mirror blankly. "Who is this?" I asked sternly and he chuckled over the phone.
"So you don't know nobody no more!" He snapped and I hung up leaning back on the sink staring into space. "No..cant be his ass" I said to myself my phone ringed again and I answered.
"Stop calling my fucking phone!" I yelled over the phone and hanging up on him. "Courtney what the hell you got going on fool!" Alexis said all hood and I shook my head walking out the bathroom. "Who was that?" She asked and I rolled my eyes. "Girl, Ill tell you later" I said walking downstairs seeing Swae dressed up all nice and handsome. His dreads where braided up into a ponytail and I smiled looking to my left Keki and Juicy where bouncing up and down as if they where strung off kool aid packets.
"Your so handsome baby" I smiled and he licked his lips pulling me closer by my waist. "And your so beautiful"
I smiled realizing I had the most loyal and generous boyfriend and I love him to heaven and back. "You guys don't be up for long Juicy knows her bedtime" I say and Keki rolls her eyes popping her gum. "Girl gonehead I got this" I hesitated for a moment deciding if i wanted to leave her with Keki, Keki was mentally challenged sometimes.
Me and him headed out and we got inside his matte black rarri. "Where are you taking me?" I asked him and he just smiled paying attention to the road taking glances at me whenever he could.
"Just sit back and enjoy the ride baby your gonna ruin it" He told me touching my thigh. I decided on just chilling. We had pulled up to this nice ass building with pretty lights and a beautiful garden.
Swae opened the door for me taking my hand in his. I admired the entrance he really went over the top. He then gave the valet parker his keys and we walked hand in hand to the entrance.
Once inside the lady grabbed two menus leading us to the middle of the restaurant. I looked around the whole dinning area not seeing one person insight nothing but waiters and bussers.
"Swae tell me you didn't rent this whole thing out just for us two?" I asked and he held my chair out for me and I sat. He sat across from me taking my hands in his. "I want you to feel special" He said lowly and I blushed to myself.
The whole night we laughed and talked about the little things that satisfied us the most before my phone kept going crazy on my lap.
My the fifteenth vibrate I decided to excuse myself to the bathroom and answer. It was probably Keki to confess she and Juicy broke something.
I stepped into a stall answering it. "Hows the date going?"
"Mike what do you want?" I asked rolling my eyes. "Oh this ain't Mike" They said and I looked at the caller Id. "Who is this!?" I asked frantic looking around the bathroom.
"Xay!?" I asked again and he chuckled and I stomped on the ground with my heel. "How the hell did you get my number!"
"Listen it doesn't matter sweetheart Im a changed man and I love you cant we just work this out?" I thought to myself for a moment this cant be real.
"Im over you bro! get the picture!" I snapped hanging up and turning my phone off. I set a reminder in my head to change my number tomorrow.
All I wanted to do was spend my one year anniversary with my boyfriend in piece. But exs just wouldn't get the picture
