The faint sound of footsteps alerted the girl, causing her to scurry into the darkness of a nearby corner. Upon the opening of a metal door, the light that flooded inwards caused said girl to flinch. Standing in the doorway was a silhouette of a man. His features were rough and jagged. Stubble dotted his chin, his eyes were dark and filled with disgust upon seeing the quivering female. His brown hair was ruffled and scattered within his face, giving him the dangerous look. Though it was apperent.
"Up, now." His voice lowly growled out, echoing within the chamber. Doing as told, she rose, his hand flicked out to grasp her small, bony wrist. A grunt escaped the man as he unlocked the cuffs that held the girl back. "Run, and I'll shoot you." He muttered before letting her go. Walking out, he looked back with a small notion for her to follow. Her hues became wide as the piercing light scorched her corneas, making her stop. Quickly regaining her posture she continued onward, tailing behind him.
