Julianna's POV

What the fu-...dge?! Why is Sophie here? This was not supposed to happen. I look at Arisa and send her an angry look as she apologizes silently. It's not like I blame her, but she was a bit careless in this situation. ESPECIALLY if it involves that girl.

I slowly head over to my best friend and pull her away from the others.

"Why is she here?" I say her name in utter disgust, as I thoroughly run my eyes over the person we call SOPHIE.

"She followed me here. I tried to tell her to go away, but since I was hurrying a bit, I didn't notice her following us." Arisa sighed, clearly mentally exhausted by the whole ordeal.

"UGH!!!" I ran to where Sophie was practically hugging the life out of Jonathan and in one swift motion, tore Jonathan out of the death grip she had on him.

"Sophie." I adressed her the most sickeningly sweet voice that I could muster. Covering up my irritation with a facade of smiles, I asked her, "What are you doing here?" Yes. What the heck are you doing here?

She looked at me up and down then replied with her own overly sweet smile, said in that annoying cherry voice of hers, "Isn't it obvious?" She took Jonathan back into her arms. "I'm here to see my honey." Blegh! I feel like I could puke my guts out in that one statement.

"A-ah... I see." My brow twitched. "And WHAT may I ask, makes you think that OUR Jonathan here is YOUR honey?" I did my best to hold back any and all negative remarks, just to keep my dignity in check.

"Because," She did a little twirl and planted a kiss on Jonathan's cheek which he tried to rub off immediately." This marks the 10th year since We've met! There's no way that it could mean anything but our being meant to be."

I could've sworn I saw Joel and Lyera spit out their food at the same time.

"I-is that s-so? Heh... I didn't know that." I try to laugh, but the atmosphere is too awkward to even break at the moment.

"Hah..." Jonathan sighs and pushes Sophie away. "It's not like that, don't worry Noelle." Finally! The guys has finally realized that he needs to explain the situation if he is looking to improve whatever relationship he wants with Noelle.

"Worry? Why would I worry?" The mentioned girl replied.

"She's my childhood friend. Our parents have been inseparable since they were kids so our families just kind of... clicked." He explained, tiredly rubbing his eyes.

"Exactly!" Sophie stated proudly as she clung once more to the suddenly exhausted boy. "So, isn't it enough proof that we were destined to be together?" There was silence as the statement hung in the air, only disturbed by the ringing of the last bell signalling for students to head home.

"I'm going home." Noelle suddenly said, tightening her grip on her bag's strap, expression unreadable.

"Huh? Wait! Ummm... how 'bout we all walk home together?" I try to suggest not wanting our new friend to leave in a bad mood and potentially lose her.

"Nah, besides I need to stop by somewhere so... later." I need her to stay a bit longer. Why am I so desperate though?

"Y-you haven't even chosen a club yet!" Enrique cut in, sensing my motives.
