As Falon, and Tobi got closer to the land of no ice, they were being watched. Tobi felt nervous. "Hey, Falon...I got his weird feeling. Like-" "So what do you think of this?" Falon asked, blowing up a mound of ice and snow. "Cool, or cool?"
His humour, and good attitude made Tobi forget his nervous feelings. "Way cool!" Little did the pair know that they were being stalked. "So who do you think this Fire wolf is?" Falon asked, trotting to keep up with the boy. "I don't know But I've heard about him. And He is gonna be hard to defeat."
"Oh, I can handle it." Falon waved a paw dismissively. Tobi was not so sure about it though. And he had a feeling that they were not alone. He kept looking left, and right, and back. Seeing no one didn't help the frightening feeling in his stomach. Suddenly a coyote burst through the melting snow.
Falon yelped as he was tackled by the small canine. Tobi was about to help his friend, when he was tackled by a Lynx. "Falon!" He friend thrashed against his capturer. "So this is the pup, and human that are to defeat Filong?" Another coyote said walking up. "Pathetic."
Falon growled. "Oh, I'll show you pathetic!" "Falon, calm down!" Tobi yelled. Falon bit the coyote's ankle. Howling in pain, the coyote leapt off him. Falon ran at the lynx, holding Tobi. Freeing his friend, Falon ran in the direction of a small grove of trees.
The pack of animals followed. chasing them. Both boy and wolf breathed hard. They were chased into a ice and rock cave. Then they were cornered by a giant wolf. A mean looking wolf with black and red fur.
The pair looked behind them to see the coyote glaring and smirking at them. "We are really gonna get it." Tobi whispered to his friend. Falon swallowed and stared at the frightening wolf and nodded.
