Miraculous Ladybug One-Shots

Unexpected Visit

This is my first ever Miraculous Ladybug fanfic and i hope you all enjoy it! And it is also my first time writing fight scenes so it might be a bit confusing and I apologize for that. But please enjoy!

Summary :
It was just a normal night for the two heroes of Paris to patrol the city when suddenly an akuma appeared from what seems like a portal. Another time travelling enemy? And a surprising visit from their future selves? Will Ladybug and Chat Noir  finally be  able to know each other's identities?

Marinette sighed in relief as she finished writing her essay for school and spunned around in her chair, looking up at the ceiling of her bedroom. "Doing good?" Tikki giggled as she floated above the superhero's head, munching on one of the chocolate chip cookies Marinette had given her after dinner.

"Yeah... My head hurts from thinking too much," she laughed with Tikki and glanced at the clock. It was almost time for her to patrol around town with Chat Noir. "We have to go now, Tikki!" The little Kwami jumped in her earrings and her clothes transformed into her usual spotted red suit. They climbed up to the rooftop as soon as Marinette felt her mask appeared on her face.

Marinette swung her yoyo out and swung herself from building to building, reaching quickly at the patrol spot. She landed on a roof as she looked around, searching for a certain kitty cat. The night was cold but somewhat calming.

"Sorry I'm late, my lady," Marinette turned around to find Chat smirking at her as he grabbed her hand and kissed it lightly. The red suitted hero quickly pulled her hand away and chuckled,"No funny business, Chat Noir." She didn't notice the slightly hurt look on the boy's face but he quickly recovered with a chuckle as he said,"Ouch why so harsh, my lady?"

Marinette rolled her eyes and turned back around,"Come on! Patrolling time!" The two superheroes ran and jumped around, watching and scanning the town and the people. "So how come you were late? You're always the first one to arrive for patrol," Marinette asked as they both landed on a random building.

Chat nervously laughed as he scratched his head,"I was just a bit distracted today."

*FLASHBACK*
"More energy, Mr. Agreste! More!" his photographer kept yelling as Adrien posed in front of the Eiffel Tower. Natalie just had to tell him the last minute photoshoot his father arranged for him.

The blonde had to rush and ate an early dinner alone. Well, he always ate his meals alone anyways. It was at night and the Eiffel Tower looked beautiful as always with the bright lights. He had to model for his father's latest designs.

The photoshoot was taking a much longer time and Adrien was panicking inside. It was almost time for him to meet up with Ladybug for their patrol. "Mr. Agreste! Go change for the final look and last few shots!" Yes! He can almost go now! He ran to change and rushed.

*END OF FLASHBACK*
Adrien sweatdropped as he recalled the memory. "Yeah.. I was just distracted. Sorry about that," he said to his lady. Marinette gave him a small smile and uttered a quiet,"It's okay."

They both shared a silent moment when Marinette decided to say,"Well then! It seems okay tonight! We can go now, I guess!" Adrien hesitated to ask if Ladybug could spend time with him for a little while but then said,"Alright."

As they were about to part ways, a big portal appeared in the sky. Both Marinette and Adrien stopped walking and looked up. A person flew out of the portal, laughing meniacally and screaming,"It works!!"

All the people walking on the streets stopped to witness the whole thing. Most of them were scared, some were just shocked and confused. "Ladybug! Chat Noir! Come out and play!" The person sang. Adrien glanced at Marinette who looked at him as well. They nodded at each other, knowing that the person was possessed by an akuma.
