This was just a little something that I find adorable, I mean who doesn't want to see Adrien being an absolute cutiepie papa to Manon with Marinette as mama ;).

A certain blue-eyed superhero sighed as she tried to pay attention to the lesson. It was the last period of the day and she couldn't wait to go home. Tomorrow was thankfully a Saturday but, Marinette had promised to babysit Manon for the rest of the afternoon.

She faced towards Alya and quietly said,"Could you babysit Manon with me tomorrow?" The red-head gave a thumbs up and a wink in return. Marinette smiled and was grateful that Alya was there to help her.

Manon is a very energetic kid and Marinette doesn't know if she could handle her alone.

The rest of day just happened really fast and the next thing Marinette knew, it was already Saturday morning and she was getting ready to meet up with Alya at the park.

Manon would be here in an hour and she planned to bring Manon with her to the park. Maybe bringing some pastries and cakes for a small picnic. Marinette hummed as she brushed her hair and tying them in her usual pig tails, quickly getting things ready for Manon.

"Gotta get the food ready!" Marinette ran down and grabbed a small basket, heading towards the bakery kitchen and putting in some cookies cupcakes and sandwiches. "Oh! I need to tell Alya about this!" She quickly texted Alya and continued getting ready.

"Marinette!! Manon is here!" Sabine called from the door. "Alright!!" As soon as Marinette reached the door, she could see a waving and grinning Manon with her mother holding her hand.

The cute child quickly jumped and stuck herself on Marinette,"Hello Marinette!!" Marinette only giggled at the action and rubbed Manon's head. "I'm sorry if I disturbed your weekend Marinette," Manon's mother chuckled.

"Oh, it's okay! I'm gonna bring Manon to the park with Alya," Marinette waved the woman's worries away as she smiled. "Thank you so much again, Marinette."

"No problem! Just enjoy your day off," With that, Manon's mother left and Marinette brought Manon inside. "Yay! We're going to the park!" Manon cheered as she jumped on the sofa.

Marinette grinned at her and quickly went to check her phone, still no reply from Alya. Marinette stared at her phone in confusion. Where could Alya be? Maybe she's in the bathroom or eating. But wait, she always has her phone with her.

Glancing at the clock, Marinette took the picnic basket and called out to Manon. "It's time to go now, Manon!" She got a cheer from the little monkey who instantly attached herself to Marinette.

They walked down to the bakery, passing by Tom and Sabine who were quite busy with baking. "We're going out now!" Marinette announced to her parents. "Have fun!" Tom replied as he waved cheerfully at the two girls.

The walk from her place to the park wasn't that long considering it was right next to the building.

"Let's set the picnic blanket and other stuff ready as we wait for Alya, okay?" Marinette looked down to Manon who nodded. "Unicorn is coming?" She asked excitedly and Marinette then glanced at her phone to check if she got any messages. "Maybe."

Right after she said that, her phone buzzed a lot. It was a call from Alya. Her brows furrowed, feeling slightly worried and confused. "Hello? Alya?"

"Mari! I'm so sorry!" Her bestfriend's voice was heard from the other line. "I can't come! I am so sorry! It's just that my mom just suddenly decided she wanted to have a mother-daughter bonding day with my little sisters and I. And I really can't escape from this," she said.
