"Where do you plan on taking me, Mister Styles?" I asked, biting my lip as I ran my fingers through my blonde hair. I couldn't help but be slightly anxious.
"A walk around town, and then I have a little surprise planned when we reach city center in Northwich." Harry turned to me, flashing the million dollar smile that caused girls to swoon throughout the world.
"Sounds fun," I lauded, tilting my head slightly as I smiled. "You didn't have to do this."
"Oh, but I did," He chuckled. "Someone needs to help you explore."
"I guess you are right, but who said I wanted you as my exploring mate?" I joked, knowing very well that I wouldn't rather it be anyone else. He raised an eyebrow, widening his green eyes slightly as he smirked.
"Oh?" Harry swooped over lifting me up and spinning me around of the ground. How could I not laugh? I hardly knew this side of me existed. Smug expression plastered on his face, he adds, "Can I change your mind?"
My smile ceased to leave me. I folded my arms over my chest, watching my feet to hide my blush. "Maybe," I teased, biting my lip to stop the smile from expanding.
"I intend to." I looked over at him. Harry also seemed to be hiding his florid cheeks. This drew a smile from me. I brought my hand to my head momentarily, feeling the aftershock of a migrane. I tried to hide the pain, for I didn't want anything to ruin this day for me.
"And how do you intend to deal with the fans and paparazzi?"
He pulled out a beanie. I remembered it. This particular hat was the exact one that I would dance in, smiling widely, having the time of my life.
"This," He explained, as he pulled the hat over his head, smirking and tilting his head to show me how it looked. "And these." He placed sunglasses over his eyes and winked.
"Oh that'll work." I grinned, laughing to myself.
"You know what?" He asked, pulling the hat off and holding it in his hands.
"What?" I asked, my expression yet to change. I felt as if I was just glowing with happiness and radiance.
"You wear it better," He pulled the hat over my hair, pulling me close under his arm. My cheeks automatically turned two shades darker red. "Yes. You look beautiful."
"Thank you," I stutter, managing to piece a sentence in my flustered state. I never was beautiful, nor am I now. Harry seemed to make me feel like I was, however.
We walked for what seemed like a lifetime, but with him, my feet never seemed to get sore. I finally received the time to really catch up on what I missed. Harry explained how Cassidy from down the road had a baby girl, and how Mrs. Hurley still makes pastries better than any other. Since the accident, I had felt nothing but remorse; for leaving behind what I loved most, and missing out on all the things that were so important to me.
"You look so beautiful." I looked towards him, the beanie on my head shifting slightly. Noting the way he sounded so sincere, I found myself questioning the reasons why he chose to reconcile with me. Harry Styles could take just about any girls' heart if he wanted to, but instead, he was rendezvousing with an past girlfriend. Needless to say, I was glad.
"Mm," I hummed, shutting my eyes as the sun radiated onto my face.
"Look at me," Harry muttered, placing his hands on my shoulders to turn me to him. I stared into his green eyes, hiding the slight intimidation I was feeling. He looked bold, and his towering six foot three was overpowering to my height of five four. Though as his stern look softened, so did my nerves.
