A Love Like No Other

Where it all started

       Zoe's POV :
        *BEEP BEEP BEEP *  There goes my stupid alarm clock ugh . I jump out of bed and check the time it's " 7:39 OMG IM GONNA BE LATE !! " I shout , I probably woke up my dad oops . You see I'm not like those typical popular girls who get to school late , ditch class , talk back to teachers , and don't do home work  , I'm the opposite of that I actually care about who and where I'm going to be in the future . Some of my friends do that and try to convince me to do it but I don't give in . Anyways , I quickly run into the bathroom and turn on the shower , and go find my clothes for the day . I pick out a white crop top , with a red flannel shirt , black leggings , my combat boots , and to top it all off a black beanie . I jump into the shower , 13 minutes later I quickly get out , brush my teeth , run down stairs grab my book bag and an apple and run out the house with only 15 minutes to spare .

Alfie's POV :
       " Alfie darling wake up it's time to get ready for school " I hear my mom say gently into my ear , I open my eyes to see my mom smiling at me . I get out of bed and start getting ready for the day . I put on a black v - neck , khakis , my brown boots and my maroon colored New York sweater . I go into the bathroom style my hair , brush my teeth and head downstairs to get breakfast .

After breakfast

     I kiss my moms cheek and I'm out the door off  to school , yay ! (Note the sarcasm ) . On my way to best friend Marcus' house I get a call from him .         
A: Hey what's up bud
M: Hi and the sky
A: Really ?
M: Yep , what did you expect from me ?
A: Never mind , so why you'd call ?
M: Oh yea , that I just wanted to tell you that I'm gonna be late for school , I'll probably get to school by 3rd period .
A: What ! Why ?
M: Well my parents got into another argument and my dad almost tried to hit my mom .
A: Are you and your mom ok ?
M: Yea were fine thanks for asking , I just need to try and calm my dad down and forbid him from getting near my mom
A: Oh
M: Sorry
A: Nah it's ok mate , family comes first , well thanks for telling me , I'll see u later on today
M: ok see ya later bro
* End of convo *

         " Great " I said to myself  , now what am I going to do about Jack and his friends . I got to school and went to my locker to get my math text book ,when my locker slammed shut . I turned to look to my right and saw none other than Jack  him self  . Shit . He had a smirk on his face and in one swift move he had me against my locker  . Great . " Where do you think your going ? " Jack said casually against my face . " Where do you think , class that's why I came to school to learn unlike you " I said in a harsh tone
" Oh you have guts to talk to me like that , but you don't have a brain to think about what a huge mistake you made " Jack replied in the same tone . "Well I have more of a brain , I wouldn't say the same about you " I said to him " Just let go of me Jack I don't have your time to deal with your shit " I added " Why should I ? " . Just when I was about to respond he punched me right in the gut . I grunted and fell to the floor grabbing my stomach . Jack just laughed and said "That's what you get for talking back to me you little shit " . I hate Jack Harris .

                            Zoe's POV :
*At school *
              I was by my locker when Jack came up to me ugh . " Hey there beautiful " he said and winked at me . Eww . " What do you want Jack , I've told you before that I'm not interested in whatever you offer " I say in an annoyed tone " That's what they all say before they fall in love with me " Jack said with a smirk " Oh really ? Your mom doesn't count , just go away " I said in a bored tone " Ooo fiesty me like  , how bout one date and ... " I cut him off by saying " NO ! " and walk away leaving him there upset . I got to my first class which was ELA . I sat in my usual seat , in front of my chummy aka Louise . I greeted her with a hug and sat down and took out my notebook and a pencil for this class . That's when our teacher came in Ms.Morris . Ugh .

* After ELA *

           I was putting away my stuff and was about to go out the door when Ms.Morris called me over . I went over to her desk " Yes ? "  I said " Zoe I've been really concerned about how your doing in this class and have been checking all your work and it doesn't look too good "  she responds " What do you mean ? " I say to her " Well your failing this class with a 60 % as your average " she tells me " What ! How is that possible , I give in all my work on time , I pay attention in class " I say slightly annoyed "Look your a very well behaved student and I'm gonna help you out , I'm going to assign you a tutor to help you increase your grade " I just simply respond with a simple " ok " "Come here after school so I can give you your assigned tutor " she said and looks at me for my approval , I just nod my head yes , she gives me a late pass and I quickly walk out the room . " I'm going to be late for class " I said to myself and started speed walking . I looked back to the hallway to see if there was anyone in the hallway when I bumped into someone " OMG I'm so sorry I didn't mean to bump into you I was just ..." I was interrupted by the mysterious person " it's ok , I saw that you were in a hurry " he said with a chuckle and looked up to meet my eyes , when our eyes met it was like time had stop and it was only us two there . He had gorgeous hazel eyes , an amazing smile that can light up a whole room , bushy eyebrows that made him look 10 times cuter , nicely done hair , and he smelled like vanilla which made me feel right at home . " oh ok " I said , more focused on the way he looked than the actual conversation " here , let me help you with that " he said motioning to my books on the floor "oh you don't have to , I can do it myself " I said a little embarrassed " I want to , it's partly my fault for getting in your way " he said kindly while picking up my books " it's not your fault , it's my fault for not watching where I was going " I said " Well at least let me take you to class as a way of you repaying me for bumping into me " he said while smiling . I looked into him eyes , oh those eyes , and giggled " ok then " I said .
