The Marie-Claire's' are a haunted family legacy. They fled France centuries ago after a witch cursed their already normal werewolf pack, turning them into a new breed. This kind of creature is malicious, violent, and merciless. And the Marie Claire's' embrace it – or at least most of them do.
Cami is more than reluctant to join her family on the traditional rituals that involve the mates of the wolves. No matter how strong, she has ignored her instincts to find her mate. But she realizes that she might not be able to stop this tradition when her sister discovers her mate, and their parents push her to complete the ritual.
