There's this feeling inside.
Is it sorrow? Is it guilt?
The feeling is like a revolutionary drum.
But on the inside.
It's not the feeling you get when you just ran a mile,
But like you favorite t.v. show character died.
It feels like heart break.
But from what?
It feels hollow.
It feels scary.
It feels dark.
I can't breath right.
But why? What is this feeling?
Deep down inside.
It's called anxiety.
I've never had it this bad.
It's one of the worst feelings in the world.

(A/N) This poem if about me experiencing a mildly severe case of anxiety for the first time. I have had anxiety before, but never this bad.
I didn't know what it was until I asked my mom and she told me.I hoped you liked it.
