You sat alone, in your room, on your bed. You were just thinking, about nothing but at the same everything. Life for you was pretty casual, just a normal life for most any girl.

Every night you made sure you got a good sleep, and in the morning you'd wake up pretty refreshed. You'd them have your shower and get ready for the day. Then you had work, you were a nurse but only worked part time. When you got home you would have dinner, watch TV. Just whatever really.

So your life was pretty casual. Except for one thing. You were dating Luke Brooks.

He was able to bring so much happiness and joy into your life, but my god the fans. Some of them, most of them in fact, were absolute sweethearts. They were really kind, always complimented you, didn't mind that it was you dating Luke because they understood that you two made each other incredibly happy. However the other fans, just a select few, were absolutely horrible.

You could never understand why, no one ever understood why. They just couldn't accept your relationship. They couldn't just leave you alone. They couldn't just understand.

Everyday they gave you shit about anything and everything. One day on Twitter you had actually come across someone making a fun of the way you walk. I mean the way you fucking walk, what is wrong with the way you fucking walk. And that wasn't the only thing they said. The constantly said stuff about your appearance, your personality (even though they know barley anything about you), your name, your job (no matter how much you actually helped the community by doing what you do). Just everything, they had some way of insulting you about everything.

And you were so god damn over it.

There was no way you would ever let what they say come between yours and Luke's relationship. You promised both yourself and Luke this from the very first date. But that didn't stop everything that they said from being emotional draining. In all honesty though, that promise was becoming hard to keep.

You loved Luke with all your heart, but when you have so many people against you, you just begin to wonder if it's all really worth it.

Something hit your window, breaking you out of any thoughts you currently had. The sound made you jump slightly but you decided to just ignore it. It had just sounded like a bird. You know when they hit into the window, get stunned for a minute or so, but then get up and fly away completely fine? I often wonder how they have the strength to do so. Both physically but also mentally.

However the sound came another maybe 30 seconds later. So you stood up and looked out your window, wondering what the hell was going on. Opening your curtain slightly you saw a faint silhouette, which freaked you the fuck out. Why are they there? Who is there, who is they?

After a few seconds of thought you calmed down. You lived in an apartment complex so obviously someone is going to be outside at like 9:30pm. Taking a deep breath and sitting back down your phone began to vibrate. Luke's contact popped up on the screen and a smile couldn't help but find its way to your face.

Quickly you picked up you phone answering with a sweet hello.

"Hey babe. Um, where are you?"

"I'm at home, what's up?"

Luke sounded rushed and slightly annoyed, this worried you but to be real the boys had probably just been fucking him off. Using his short temper against him and all.

"As dumb and stupid and cheesy as this is going to sound I've been throwing rocks at your window for the last five minutes and you haven't come out side on to your porch to ask what I wanted."

"First of all I don't have a porch"
you said this with a slight laugh. "Second of all I thought that was just some dumb ass bird."

"Well thanks." Luke said, now laughing too.

Conversations with Luke always managed to cheer you up. No matter what mood you were in, no matter what was on your mimd, not matter how bad that day had gone. That's just part of the reason you two went so well together.

"I'm not calling you a dumb ass bird, however I will call you a dumb ass. Why didn't you just come to the door?"

"I wanted to surprise you, but you live in a complex so I would have had to buzz in and that would have ruined the surprise." Luke said, sounding a little disappointed.

"Okay well I'm sorry, look come to the door now and I'll buzz you in."

Within the minute Luke was up in your apartment. Being as charming as ever and looking hot as hell.
