I wrote my own proposal, but I LOVE THE ONE IN THE PIC ABOVE so I had to put it in.
Enjoy!

(Percy's POV)
I sit in my cabin, fingering the small black box nervously. My stomach is filled with butterflies.
Crazy butterflies.
With machine guns.
And they are attacking my stomach. Shooting and whacking the sides.
Violent butterflies.I cannot believe that I am really going to do it. I have thought about this so often, and have planned it out as perfectly as I possibly could.
A few hours earlier, I asked Athena and Annabeth's dad for their blessings (via. Iris message). To my surprise and happiness, they both agreed. Athena said that as much as she hated "sea spawn" and anything even remotely related to my father, she knew that I made Annabeth happy, and that I loved her.
She gave me her blessing, but proceeded to threaten to throw me back into Tartarus- alone- if I hurt her. I sigh in relief knowing that I am not going to go back to Tartarus. I can't imagine hurting Annabeth.
I take a deep breath, shove the box into my pocket, and walk out the door. It is warm and sunny out, about 75 degrees. I smile in the sunlight, and run over to the pavilion. I knew Annabeth would be there.
I was right. She was sitting in the corner, hunched over a thick book. I know not to disturb Annabeth while she's reading, and that the book will keep her occupied for hours.
Perfect!
I walk up to her. "Hey, Annabeth? Would you like to hang out at the beach tonight at 6:00?" I ask slowly, making sure she could hear me. She hyper focuses on her books, blocking out the world.
"Huh? Oh, uh, yeah, sure!" She says, only looking up for a second. I roll my eyes, and kiss her on the forehead before turning to leave. I leave a sticky note on the table next to her, knowing that she didn't really hear me.
I walk away from the pavilion casually, before dashing into my cabin, grabbing a huge duffel bag and basket, and checking the time. 5:00. Then I run into the woods.
I emerge on the other side of the trees, and a smile spreads across my face. The waves lap at the shore, and the sun is bright in the sky. The light glistens and sparkles on the surface of the ocean, and I sigh in content.
Then I remember my mission, and spring into action. I empty the duffel bag of its contents, and pull out the small gray square.
I push the button on top, and set it in the water. It floats. Slowly, it unfolds itself, and grows larger and larger. Soon, it is a boat. It looks like a floating sandbox, because it is just a flat square with a tall rim around it, so no water splashes in. Plus, you can lean against the sides.
I unfold a big blue blanket that is adorned with large soft swirls and waves, made of all different shades of blue and purple. It is beautiful. I lay it down, stretching it across the bottom of the boat. We will sit on it, and it is super soft.
I place the picnic basket (filled with fancy Italian food) in the middle, and set up four large, purple umbrellas. Leo built in four slots for the umbrellas to stand in, one on each corner. They will cast a perfect shade onto the blanket when Annabeth comes at 6:00.
I calm the water a little, letting the waves be nothing more than ripples. The ocean is breathtaking. I smile, and make the water a little clearer than usual. I need everything to be perfect.
