Dan awoke suddenly, it was Saturday and he wanted to spend the whole day with his friends. Pulling on some black jeans and a black hoody, dan walked over to the mirror to sort out his hair. his hair was brown, curly and swept to the side, he hated how curly it was and he begged his mum on sevral occasions to get him straighteners but she said he was too young. running out the back door dan grabbed his bike and rode as quickly as he could to Eeyors gloomy place.

the wind blew dans fringe back to reveal his forehead, dan sped up through the forest, not wanting to stay in the woods too long on his own. he was going to round up all his friends and go on a advnture to see what was in the forest. he didnt really have a reason for wanting to go into the forest, his curiosity was getting the best of him.

Arriving at Eeyors gloomy place dan put his foot onto the ground, stopping himself while staying half on the bike, looking around dan couldn't see any sign of eeyore at all. Dan called out for the grey donkey a few times before he gave up and headed over to rabbits house.

He couldn't find rabbit either so he went to pooh and piglets, still no luck. Finally dan arrived at kangas and he knocked on the door, no answer. Dan sat outside the door, unsure of what to do, he was too scared to go on his own but he had no idea where any of his friends were.

Reluctantly dan got up and slowly rode over to the forest, stopping just outside. Dan got off the bike, leaving it on the floor and walked a few inches closer to the forest. Dan looked up to the top of the trees that loomed over him, stumbling back and fell to the floor, he lay back for a while, staring at the sky. He slowly plucked up the courage to get up and walk into the forest.

It wasn't as scary during the day but dan still was on edge. The small boy tripped and tumbled his Way through the forest and undergrowth. Soon dan could no longer see the entrance of the forest, he was completely alone and surrounded by dence forest. Dan stumbled along some more until he found a fallen log.

Sitting down dan stared off unto the distance, where was he going? What was he looking for? Dan began to wonder why he had even come out here alone, he had no idea how to get back or if he would ever evem find what he was looking for.

Suddenly dan heard a twig snap behind him, he jumped up and turned around, picking up a small stick in defence. Stood before him was a small white bunny, it was probably one of rabbits relatives. Dan lowered the stick and sat back down, he told himself he was pathetic, what was he honestly going to do if there had been something bad, he had no way of getting out and he would probably fall over and get caught. Taking a deep sigh dan was about to give up when he remembered his locket and what had happened the night before.
