Nathan is the name, I've lived in San Fransisco my whole life, I don't know if I love it because I've never experienced anything different. I go to St John's high school in a little part of San Fransisco, and wouldn't change anything about it. That's me, no not the popular jock guy that everyone seems to drool over. No I'm not the mathlete with the highest IQ in the class. Yeah bingo, there I am, right there, in the baggy hoodie an skinny jeans, engulfed into the dangerously beautiful world of music and there she is.
Carina, the most beautiful girl I've ever seen.
When she moved to San Fransisco, I knew from the moment she stepped through the door of my little disfunctional high school that she was different, she had this effect over everyone as if she were a witch casting a spell on us to instantly fall in love with her. She didn't put out but she sure did flirt. The way she always wore her dark makeup and clothes beautifully, and the way that she'd bite the creased edge of her blood red lipstick covered lips sent shivers down my spine. She teased me, without even noticing I exist. It teased my lips, my finger tips, my tongue, heart and mind. She was probably the most mysterious girl I have ever heard about, no one knows where she go's when she's not at school, adding more to the mystery of the girl I've never once had a conversation with, but I've always wanted to.
Carina.
Dark brown hair frames her face, but her bright blue eyes and red lips shine through on her pale skin. Her smile melts me the most, her smile is the most beautiful thing to be witnessed. Any sane guy would think that.
I walked down the corridor, ear phones blasting, Sleeping With Sirens into my ear drums, my black hoodie hung low over my face and my hands dug themselves into my pockets. My eyes caught sight of 'Her' as she made her may towards me, her lips red as usual and eye shadow dark, she also wore a nirvana shirt and skinny jeans. I peered from under my brown hair that laid over my eyebrow. An carefully watched her movements, her hair flung against her back, and her hips swung gently. I looked away biting my moist lip, scratching my neck as I passed by her, but she didn't notice me, she isn't one to give all her attention to boys. I looked back just to get a glance at the back of her before she disappeared behind a paint scratched wall. Her nicely shaped bum swung as she walked. I groaned quietly, how come she never notices me? I understand I'm not much to look at but seriously we've been class mates for 2 years now. Brown straight hair, golden brown eyes, medium sized stretchers in my ears, lip piercing and light tan skin, that's it, that's all I am. But she is so different, so intriguing.
"Mr Tate, are you aware that the tardy bell rung over 5 minutes ago, or is there special exceptions for you?" Mr Byrne smirked. I gritted my teeth against each other, before turning to walk towards my seat in the far back. "Hey I'm talking to you Tate!"
I stopped in my tracks, my peers staring at me, some laugh, some just watched on. I turned around on my heel to face a very cross teacher. His big glasses taking up most of his bald head. I smirked devilishly leaning my ass against one of the nerdy girls desk.
"I wonder if your wife, Mr Byrne. Is aware, of the affair that's going on between you and one of your students? Or maybe I should enlighten her with the topic." I spoke pretending to think, everyone around the room gasped and Mr Byrne's eyes popped out of his head. "Or maybe, I don't tell her and you carry on with cheating illegally and leaving me the fuck alone. You decide." He looked at me angrily, before nodding his head towards my seat. "Good choice Sir." I smirked, turning around to walk to my seat.
Some people were looking at me with respect, some girls even acknowledged my presence. But why couldn't Carina?
