The Duel continued on, and Yuma was getting very low on life. He had only two monsters on his field. But so did Orianna. He was on 1700 HP, and Orianna had barely a scratch, on 3700 HP. Orianna was about to have her turn when she realised something. The field was exactly the same now, as it was at the start of her vision. What if... She laughed, and threw Yuma his key.
"Know what Yuma? I don't want it any more. Have it back, it's broken anyway!" Yuma rushed to catch it, nearly dropping the cards in his hand. I laughed again, but not so loud this time. Shark took a step closer to her and whispered in her ear.
"What did you give it back for?" He sounded a little angry, and very confused.
"Watch. You'll find out." There was a burst of white light, and once again, she saw the huge gate. But this time, it was real, and actually happening. Orianna could see everything that was happening, but she didn't think Yuma could see her. The gate was definitely ignoring her, too. A blue shape came out of the door once it was opened, headed for Yuma, and a card went to her. It was blurry, but it cleared quickly. It was Number 49: Fortune Tune. It filled her with this, numbness, and with that it brought power. It may be dark, but it was just so.... Strong. It filled her with a dark power and a seething hate. Everything became normal again, and she looked over at Shark. He had a card in his hands as well. She looked over, and it was Number 17: Leviathan Dragon. She drew a new card, and it was Return the Favour. She hoped she wouldn't need to use it...
"Since it's my Standby Phase, using my Fortune Lady: Fire's special effect, I can raise her level by one. And since I have 2, I think I'll do it with my other one as well." Her Fortune Lady: Fire's went up to level three, increasing their ATK and DEF from 400/400 to 600/600. "And now, I build the Overlay Network! Thanks ladies, but I have a new friend who wants to come and sing their song! Number 49: Fortune Tune!" She smiled widely as a huge bird, coloured blue with some red feathers was summoned onto her field, singing a sweet birdsong. It had two Xyz units, and an ATK400/DEF900.
"Now I summon Fortune Lady: Dark! Her attack and defence are equal to her level multiplied by 400, which makes it ATK2000/Def2000! I place one card face down and end my turn." Shark and Orianna looked at each other, and shared a grin. Yuma had no chance. But... what was that blue next to him?
