Betrayal.
A word people shouldn't experience.
But people are selfish and greedy.
They don't truly care.
They just don't want you to ruin their day.
People don't care about you or your problems.
They just want you to dwell on theirs.
They just care about their happiness,
Not yours
Or anyone's
But them.
Betrayal.
A word people tend to do.
In a world where they might actually care about you.
Well they don't,
People are excessively needing attention.
They'll do whatever it takes.
To make sure that they are satisfied.
But they don't care about you.
Why?
Because they're human,
Just like you.
