Lunch Date

Beca's P.O.V

Last night was the best night of my life. My walls finally collapsed and now I'm with this amazing man who is handsome, smart, strong and has perfect brown eyes. When I look in them, I get lost, hoping to never be found. Unfortunately, I always get found. And to top off my night, Amy and Stacie slept over my dorm.

Since Jesse and I were going to lunch, we decided to invite them with us. So currently we are heading to Benny's Bread. The boys meeting us there.

Once we get inside, I'm greeted by my nerdy, but perfect boyfriend yelling:

"BECAW!" 

"Hey Jess, Donald and Bumper." I say walking over to Jesse and give him a tight hug. We break apart after a minute because of the stupid hostess. 

We are walked over to a large, circular booth. I sit next to Jesse, naturally and then Amy and Bumper to my right and to Jesse's left is Donald and Stacie.

"Howdy y'all. How y'all doing? Im Betsey and I will be your waitress today, What can I get you guys to drink?" She asks. God this lady is already annoying me, not because of her accent, because of her stupid peppiness. Like honestly, we know you aren't happy working.

"I'll take a coke." I say annoyed.

"I'll take the same as my beautiful girlfriend. " Jesse says kissing my cheek. Then he whispers in my ear so only I can hear. "Baby girl, are you mad?"

I melt when he says baby girl. Which makes me shiver.  Even though its kinda stupid.

"Yes, no one is that peppy at work." 

"I get happy at work, because I'm able to work with my gorgeous girlfriend who loves me so much."

"Stop being a kiss up Swanson." I laugh.

"What I'm speaking from the heart." He says truthfully, and you can see its a truth because of the look in his eyes.

"You know what? Jess, I can't be with you if your gonna be this way I'm done." I say loudly so everyone at our table stops and stares.  I start standing up, but I get stopped by Jesse.

"No, I'm not gonna let you get away." Jesse grabs me and hold me in his lap. His arms tightly wrap around me to prevent me from getting up.

"Oh Jesse, thats so sweet. Don't worry, ill never leave someone as amazing as you." I say and kiss him softly. 

"What just happened?" Donald asks.

"Baby, Beca was just fooling around." Stacie says.

I point and nod at her.

"Well how do you know?" Bumper asks.

"Well she gave us the look." Amy laughs.

"I didn't see her look." Bumper adds.

"Yeah, because you really have to know her." Stacie smirks.

"This is why i love you, your so clever." Donald admires his girlfriend.

"And i love you too." Stacie replies.

Jesse sighs and relief. 

"Got you." I smile.

"Well, never do it again." Jesse replies.

I climb off his lap, and sit back down.

"I love you too much to leave you." I smile.

"I love you too." He smiles with his signature smile. 

The table goes back to its original state, laughing and having a grand old time. Especially when Jesse grabs my hand and holds it under the table.

Not to also mention, the first time we said 'I love you' to each other.
