Chapter 7: Help

Coby's POV

Skylar lay curled in my arms after she got calmed down. But when I get my hands on that guy, oh man is he gonna wish he was never born. Skylar stirs in her peaceful sleep making me jump at the sudden movement. I look down at my beautiful princess and smile at her beauty, she's mine and I'm never letting her go. I pull her closer and slowly drift to sleep. 

"Coby! Coby!" I hear Skylar screaming but I don't know where she is. I run in the direction of her voice but there is a dead end. Every way I go I can't find anything. She screams once more and I can finally tell that I have to go beyond  the walls. I start to climb, then I see a door. I quickly kick down the door not even checking if it's unlocked. I see her tied to a chair, but there's more than one. Tons of girls, and boys and tied up and beaten and starved. What is going on. I follow her sent but then I feel it. The enormous amount of pain in my heart, my head rapidly thumping from a huge headache. Right in front of her I see a large man not bigger than me but still large. He's holding a bloody knife and whip, I can see the part wear he ripped through her heart. He's wearing all white, but blood covers it, he's wearing a mask so I can't see is despicable face. He stenches of blood and flesh. As I go in for the kill I hear Skylar call my name again.

"Coby! Coby! Coby wake up. Your scaring me!"

I jolt awake to see Skylar's shivering curled up body next to me. A look of fear covers her face.

"Skylar baby, whats wrong?"

"Y-you we-wer-were scream-ming a-and.." I hold her in a tight hug and she gets the hiccups from breathing so hard.

"I'm so sorry baby girl, I didn't know."  I hold her close to my chest. She breathing heavy streams of tears rolling down her face like a flooded river. I wet from her tears all over my shirt. I start rocking her back and forth in my arms as she's shaking uncontrollably. 

"Do you want me to go get some water for you?" I ask looking deeply into her eyes.

"S-sure" As I stand up I hear her call my name once again. 

"Coby?"

"Yes love?"

"C-can I c-come with y-you?" I walk back over to the bed and pick her up bridal style carrying her to the kitchen.

Skylar's POV

I wake with a startle as I hear Coby screaming in his sleep. It's not just a normal scream it's the kind that you hear in horror movies, the kind that sends shivers down your spine...and not the good kind. I try to wake him multiple times but it takes a while before he finally wakes up. I don't realize I'm crying until Coby looks at me with pain in he eyes.

"Skylar baby, whats wrong?" he asks me with concern in his voice.

"Y-you we-wer-were scream-ming a-and.." he doesn't let me finish he just pulls me into his chest and tries to calm me down.

"I'm so sorry baby girl, I didn't know." he hugs me tighter and whispers sweet-nothings in my ear. I'm breathing heavy, streams of tears rolling down my face.

"Do you want me to go get some water for you?" He ask looking deeply into my eyes.

"S-sure" As he stand up I feel fear come into play.

"Coby?" I say his name and my voice cracks.

"Yes love?" kindness in his eyes.

"C-can I c-come with y-you?" I ask still shaking. He comes over to me and picks me up bridal style in his arms. I'm still crying and holding on to him for comfort. He gets my glass of water but my hiccups have already gone away. He carries me back upstairs and lays my down genitally in the bed and soon I feel the bed dip and his arms engulf me as I fall into a warm peaceful sleep.

Sorry for the short update and not updating for a while but I've been really busy and kept forgetting to update. I know it's short but the next chapter will be longer. remember to like and comment.
