Your POV

I lied in my bed thinking. "He's insane, I have no idea where I am, I don't know if he's planning on killing me or not, I couldn't bring him in even if I wanted to. He'd kill me before I got the cuffs."

I knew that I would have to escape, but how? From the look of it I'm in a forest of some sort, but how far to a town? Any town for that matter? How far would I get before he catches up to me? Could I hide from him? How long could I hide before I get caught again?
I sighed quietly. I had heard muffled screams earlier so I knew he had eaten someone. Another case, and I couldn't save his poor victims. I could've saved them by telling him to take me instead. I instantly felt horrible, here I am supposed to protect people from sociopaths like him. And I let him eat her alive.

It felt like I had signed her death certificate. I killed her. By staying away from him, I let her die a gruesome death. Were there two? I heard two different screams. I felt even worse. I let him kill and eat two people.

My body still hurt from him ripping flesh from me and when he cut out my liver. "I'll be feeling this for a while." I thought. I wondered how long I had before he was tired of living with me. When he would finally kill me. There was no doubt in my mind that he wouldn't just let me leave, alive anyway.

I knew he was going to kill me and eat me, not necessarily in that order. I then heard someone knock at the door so I dragged myself to the door to answer it. On the other side of the door was Medic. He was covered in blood, and small pieces of bloody flesh. He had pieces of flesh in his teeth and his breath smelled of blood and flesh.

"Apologies for waking you dear." He said, and he actually sounded sorry. "It's fine. Don't worry about it." I said. He smirked a little, which made gulp and turn pale. It never meant anything good when he smirked at me. So either he's going to kill me here and now or he's going to eat me alive.

I backed away slowly but he grabbed my wrist and pulled me towards him. I then crashed into his chest where he held me. I couldn't move even if I wanted to, I was too scared that he would hurt me. I then felt something warm on my neck before I realized what had happened.

I was right! He was going to eat me! He was already licking my neck for a taste of my flesh! I closed my eyes and waited to feel sharp teeth dig into my flesh and rip it apart. Instead he just licked the flesh. He then licked the flesh that remained on my cheek, which made me whimper in fear.

He chuckled as he licked any blood he found. "Why haven't you killed me yet? You were to start with, weren't you?" I asked. I immediately began to regret what I had said. He harshly bit into my arm which made me yelp. He forcibly ripped out chunks of flesh and devoured each piece of flesh.

"So you vant me to eat you alive? Sounds gut to me." He said as he stared at the wounds on my face, neck, and arm. Hungrily. I took my chance and ran at him. I then somersaulted between his legs where he tried to grab my arm.

He growled curses as he ran after me. I eventually found the exit and made a mad dash for the nearest town. I knew he was behind me but he wouldn't attack me in a town, right? Too many witnesses. I then remembered that it was midnight, no one was out to help me. No one to get me to a hospital, no one to protect me from the sociopath hunting me.

I ran wherever I could to try and escape. A few times I saw his shadow or I would see him walk by me without seeing me. I heard someone growl curses so I hid. I then peeked out to see him talking to a guy, he looked sixteen. He was a big guy, strong, athletic, fast probably. I mentally told him to run as fast as he could.

Medic then smirked a little, barely noticeable. He then went in for a savage bite in the cheek, tearing out a huge chunk of flesh from his victim. I watched as he ripped the youth apart slowly. He smiled at his bloodied victim before ripping into his throat. At that point I turned to avoid watching him eat another innocent that I could've saved.
