One of my arrows pierced Hal's back as Superman knocked him to the ground.
"AAHHH!" Hal screamed.
"Nekron gave us a stay of execution, buddy, but our time is up" I said wickedly, the words not sounding like my own."No more fighting over scraps of existence like we do."
I hear the voice and it gives me the chills
"No more good guys or bad guys." The words flowed out of my mouth.
Because it's my voice.
"No more anything" I said as Hal was struggling with big blue.
But they're not my words.
As we were about to finish Hal off, a burst of red energy flew by, snagging our prey from our hands, saying "Just hang on"
