He was such a great friend, he made me laugh on the inside. David might not know this but Kevin gives him a birthday card every year saying how sorry he is.
On May 8,2011 David died from a stroke and suffocation. He would have been a great guy but now that he is gone. I hope he is enjoying HIS WORLD.
