Alcatraz was lying on a metallic bed in the middle of the room that was filled with computers and people using them. Scientists and doctors were next to Alcatraz speaking to each other and looking at the monitor behind him. << I knew had something in you, but this was not what I had in mind >> Raxima was heard again and this time he turned around to see her. << And what do I have? >> he asked confused and Raxima didn't answer, she showed a doctor on his right who was giving orders to the other doctors; she was obviously the head doctor.

Before he could repeat the question she turned to him and explained; << My name is felicity and I am in charge here >>, she said the last one a little louder to make a point. << What you have kid is something we do not understand completely. You are the second person that ever had this condition >> she continued scaring Alcatraz even more.

<< Is it vital? >> he dared to ask.

<< If you mean for your enemies yes it is and they should be afraid more. But if it is for you, we don't know >> she said trying cheer him up.

<< The last one that had it, what happened with him? >> he asked one of the questions that had started bombard his head.

<< We believe that something happens in the mind of the "patient". He didn't say anything but his brain activity was tripled in a day. The same has happened to you now >> she said with a depressed look on her face.

<< I understand why he didn't want to explain >> Alcatraz said after some minutes he had spent thinking.

The moment felicity heard that she pinned her eyes on Alcatraz and started to ask questions like there was no tomorrow. He answered none of them, he just looked at her and when she finished he started talking; << I believe the first thing this "condition" does is to make your own mind a hellhole >>.

<< What do you mean with that soldier? >> Raxima asked.

<< I mean that my thoughts are not safe in my mind. As for what happened is something that I didn't know I was afraid of >> he continued.

<< Still don't understand smartass >> Raxima said irritated.

<< First of all I have to say that everything I felt there was feeling so real, but nothing was as I knew it; it was like... everything was dead. Nothing smell or had any colour, now even gasoline >> he said the two women were looking at him with interest.

<< I woke up in the medical facility and no one was there. Then I used the elevator to go to the main deck which was also empty from life and people in there, everything was dark apart from a lamp above the map >> he said and paused to give them time to think.

<< I wanted to get out of the elevator but I could not move, an unimaginable terror had taken place in my heart. Something appeared in the other side of the room; I can only describe it as a shadow of all death itself. It had sharp claws and teeth that could penetrate steel, that thing was walking slowly towards me >> He stopped, he could remember the sound of it; the only sound back then.

<< When it reached the middle of the room I started to hear it breathing and sharpening its claws, readying for its next victim >> the fear came back making him stop, but he continued.

<< Before it could kill me I ran to the map and grabbed the shotgun Raxima keeps beneath it and I used over twenty shots on it, when I looked it stood up and kept walking. I used every last piece of ammunition I had and what was left of it after that was a pile of limbs and blood >> he said trying to convince himself that it was just a nightmare.
