CHAPTER TWENTY-ONE
I stared at the person before me - at the strange girl staring back at me. The girl I saw... She was beautiful, simply beautiful. Golden hair was coiled and pinned at the back of her head, and veil flowed over the curls and down her back. Her make-up was perfectly and professionally done, giving her the appearance of an airbrushed model. The dress itself was amazing - an sleeveless A-line with a sweetheart neckline and pure white coloring, covered in lace and beading. A diamond necklace shown on her pale skin and matching earrings dangled from her ears. Hesitantly, I held up a hand and reached out to the girl. I had to touch her, to see if she was really real. The girl reached out to met me halfway, and I hit cool glass as her hand met mine. My mirror image lowered her hand slowly at the same time I did. So it was true - the girl was me.
The Trender man put his hands on my shoulders and leaned around me from behind to look in the mirror with me. "Damn girl. If I was straight and you weren't marrying my brother, I'd totally tap that," he said with a grin.
I face palmed and started laughing. "God Trendy, I'm not even sure how to respond to that."
He chuckled and turned me around so that he could dust my face with the make-up brush on more time. "You look beautiful, boo. Slender's not going to know what to do with himself once he sees you," he told me.
I blushed at the compliment. "I could never have been able to look this good if I didn't have you around Trendy. You helped me pick out the dress, the jewelry, AND you did my hair and make-up."
"I only enhanced what was already magnificent," he replied simply.
I blushed again, not knowing what to reply again.
I couldn't believe this was happening - that I was getting married. Marriage - just like motherhood - was something I had thought to be lost to me. It was impossible and unattainable because my life partner wasn't human. And now... now I had both: a beautiful seven month old daughter and a soon to be husband. I was living the American dream here.
Before I knew it my mom peeked her head into my dressing room and beamed at me. "It's time dear." My heart started pounding in my chest as my nerves increased tenfold. This was it. I was getting married. Taking one last look in the mirror, I took a deep breath and left to go meet my dad at the far end of the isle. The little chapel we were getting hitched in was just outside of Las Vegas. It was small and run down looking - quite possibly a little shady - but it was the best we could do within our one criteria: that no questions be asked. At least the bright side of it being in Vegas was the probability that this chapel had seen some pretty weird things before anyway. How there could be anything weirder than a wedding between some girl and the Slender man with the Trender man and Splendor man there to witness as well was beyond me.
As I walked down the isle towards my fiancé, I couldn't help but feel totally overwhelmed. Before me stood my friend, my love, my life, my savior, the father of my child, my future husband - the Slender man - dressed regally in a midnight tuxedo and standing tall and proud with a beaming smile on his face. If he had had eyes, they wouldn't have left mine the entire walk towards him.
The ceremony itself passed as a blur of words both spoken and heard. I mostly just concentrated on Slendy's face. Around me I was vaguely aware of my parents standing to the side and Mom holding my daughter while looking like she was trying her best not to cry. Charlie stood slightly behind them looking bored. On the other side beside Slendy stood his brothers, dressed in midnight tuxedos to match Slendy's.
A cool metal band was slid onto my left ring finger and numbly I slid a matching ring on Slendy's. Oddly, It surprised me when I finally heard those famous, binding words. With a start I stared up at Slendy, waiting.
"I now pronounce you husband and wife," the reverend declared. I sucked in a breath of air.
Husband and wife...
I was married... I Mrs. Slender.
"You may kiss the bride."
And then his mouth was on mine, and his arms were around my waist. We kissed, not for the first time, but for what felt like it. All of the heat and the passion and pleasure I had felt in the basement all those years ago was present, as well as other feelings. There was the need and the desire I'd felt the first time we'd made love mixed in an intoxicating blend of the love and pure joy that had filled our first kiss after Robin was born. In that moment, I was completely his.
No, not just for that moment. Forever. I was his, and would ALWAYS be his.
Husband and wife...

A/N: Hey guys! I figured I'd warn you before you saw that the next chapter is titled 'Epilogue' that this is the last chapter. I kinda lost where I was going with this story when my original plot line didn't work out quite right, so I actually am ending this earlier than I had planned. I really do apologize for that. I've greatly enjoyed writing this story, and the one preceding it. I'm considering the idea of making a third one - from Robin's point of view as a teenager - but if I do it will be a little while. I just want to take a break from the Sky x Slendy pairing and finish some of the other stories I have going currently. Do not worry though, I definitely plan on doing more Slender man stories in the future, and for those who don't know, I have a Slender story I'm currently working on called "What Is Love?" that you should check out if you like this story. Thank you so much for all my readers, reviewers, and voters. You guys complete me!!!!! <3
I would never have made it this far in my writing without you guys to support me. I'm so thankful for all the time that you've spent reading my stories, and in commenting or sending me messages. There were several times I almost gave up on this story when writers block hit and my plot line was falling apart, but YOU guys kept me going. Thank you for that. Y'all are the best. Stay awesome ;D
With love,
- Erin
