I want you to stay

The lingering light was obliterated by the rapidly falling night. The once salmon and purple sky transformed into a vast expanse of jet-black that engulfed Konoha . A canopy of luminous stars materialized amongst the ocean of blackness. Some were dull, merely flickering into existence every now and then, but there was an adequate amount of shimmering stars to illuminate the dark, moonless night.

 Everything was almost pitch black only the street lights illuminated the village .No sign of life or movement ,just silence in the whole place.

He walked slowly toward her door feeling his pulse ramping  up with every step he takes.

His gaze which had been focused on the dark fading shapes in The sky shifted to land on the cigarette in his hand .
After sighing heavily he throw it on the ground then  step on it .

He felt weak and venerable ,he didn't have the strength to knock on the door and just tell her the truth but before he could try the wooden door opened by itself revealing Temari in her light pink night gown.He looked at her for a moment and was honestly shocked when he saw one tear rolling down her eyes.
"I guess she already know."
His hand reached her cheek and caressed it softly,then slip under her shin and lifts her head to face him:

"Why you was crying ?"
"Shika...come in."

she turned her back and he followed her.

"Temari i need to tell you something."
"Please stop..."
"Temari i love you but..."
"You can't!You hear me!this is not a damn goodbye!Why the hell  would you agree to go to this suicidal mission !"
"Temy calm down,it just...a s rank mission ."
"Shikamaru i am a jounin and i know very well what a «breaking the enemies line» mission mean!"
"Temari ..."
"Don't touch me!"

His hand reached her face and pulled her closer he kissed her tears away then her forehead reaching to her full rosy lips then He wrapped his arms tightly around her,she hold to his vest and sobbed quietly while he was rubbing her back and kissing her head .

"Remember when you slept in my arms for the first time?" he asked her calmly ,she didn't reply,only bared her face in his vest more.
"Do you remember what i told you?"
"That yo...you want to marry me and you pr..omised to have a family with me..."
"I am willing to keep my promise Temari ."
"No Shika you're not,if you're really willing to keep our promise you should stay!"
"I wish i can Tem but i have duties ."

She turned her back and titled her head.He walked toward her,wrapped his arms around her waist kissed the spot that connect her shoulders to her neck:
"I love you Temari ."

She still didn't reply he moved his face slowly inhaled her hair smell then nibbled on her ear and gently bit it :
"You're yummy  you know."
She didn't reply again ,he just moved to the back of her neck and kissed it then quoted his lips still glued to her soft flesh :

" Oh, her eyes, her eyes make the stars look like they're not shining."
Her head rose as she noticed what he's doing ,he mused himself and continued :
"Her hair, her hair falls perfectly without her trying
She's so beautiful
And I tell her everyday."
this time she turned to have him and he saw the red color on her cheek .

"would you stop it Bruno Nara ?!" he chuckled then said :
"Hmm..."
"I didn't know you can sing."
"Now you do."
"Shikamaru .."
"Yes."
"please...i want you to stay."
"Tem i..."
"you can't...huh?"
"Shh..." he said and kissed her again and she kissed back .

She slept in his arms peacefully but next day she woke up all alone .Her heart skipped and breathing became harder .She shook her head then took a note that was on his pillow and red color:
"Wait for me troublesome.I'll try to stay alive.I love you."
