Chapter 2
Dear diary,
I wish that I could run away but everybody knows how I look like. Father picked prince Maximilian from the Young Moon Empire. Mother has been gushing over him since father has announced who I would be getting married to. I don't want to get married yet. I want to go on adventures like Gloria used to read me when I was younger. I have no idea what happened to her, I miss her. My sister Coraline is getting married to his brother Prince Jackson. Diary what do I do. If I run who knows what will happen. The vampires have been spreading like wildfire on this side of the world and father for sure will be one of their targets. The werewolves father has alliances with and the one he had captured secretly will help for sure.
I'm scared. Mother said that father didn't force himself upon her but will prince Maximilian. From the rumors I have heard from around the commoners that have relatives in his empire he uses his title to get away with anything. Murder and Rape and more. I wish Jacqueline was still alive. I miss her. She would know what to say.
Until next time diary,
Princes Juliette

I stood in front I the fire place in the living room. Maura and Dean were asleep and it was three in the morning, every now and then a wolf or two would watch the house from the window making me wonder if Maura and Dean had confirmed with the Alpha and Luna that we were living here.
I hadn't drank blood in two days an my thirst was getting stronger. I drank from the blood bags that we got from the hospitals but they don't help. They just make the thirst subside for a few hours until it comes back again stronger than before. I would go hunting for animals but I have a feeling that these werewolf a wouldn't want to see a amputee drinking blood from a deer in front of them.
I looked out the window to see that the moon was slightly covered by a small clutter of clouds. The trees casted an eerie shadow around the house since no light was lit in the house. The air around me was suffocating to the point were I felt as if I was being watched besides the occasional wolfs passing by.
I growled putting my hand through my hair. Closing my eyes I breathed in. A window to my far right in the kitchen was open so I could smell the air outside.
The smell of blood pumping through veins filled my nose. I heard the soft padding of shoes hitting the sidewalk and the harsh breathing of someone. Judging by how hard their feet hit the cement ground I knew it was a male.
Perfect.
Slowly I sliped on my black chucks and slipped through the door walking outside. The chilly breeze of the night blowing my hair around a little but still enough so that it covered my face. The man jogged towards my house and that's when I decided to go. When he passed by without a second glance I ran behind him.
I un-evened my breathing so it looked like I was jogging for a while. I jogged passed him, surprising him, and sat down at a bench in a park. There were light everywhere but in that particular spot.
Perfect.
I sat down and pretended like I was tired and evened out my breathing.
"Hi." The man said. Looking up I saw the man clearly even in the dark because of my vampire sight. He had a square face and bushy eyebrows. Clear blue eyes and full lips. He wasn't wearing a shirt since it was carelessly tossed over his shoulder. His basketball shorts hung low on his waist.
