"WHAT!!?? Why do I have to do it?"

" Because after today I'm just gonna survey from afar and Toby is too annoying to do it."

"H-hey!!" Toby shouted.

" Okay I get why you won't do it but that is no reason to be a dick to him all the time" I yelled at Masky

" That is enough y/n I don't want to hear anymore on the matter got it?" I din't answer him I just glared daggers at him. " I said do you understand y/n?" he growled at me.

" Yeah yeah I understand" I said crossing my arms and trying to avoid eye contact. Masky then got up from where he was sitting and started to walk to our next class. When he was out of sight I looked at Toby who looked kind of upset at the moment.

" Hey Toby are you okay"

" Y-yeah y/n I'm f-fine"

" Don't let what Masky said get to you he was just being a dick like always. I don't think your annoying."

" T-thanks y-y/n"

" No prob" I said standing up and brushing myself off. I put my hand out offering to help him up. He look at my hand at first but was reluctant to take it. Once we were both ready we set off to our next class.

* Time Skip to during class*

I was writing down the notes until a paper ball it my head. I looked at the direction it came from and it was Masky who threw it. I opened the note and it said:

' After class befriend the target ' I groaned in annoyance and gave a slight nod to Masky.

* Time Skip to after class*

I saw the boy after walking out of the lunchroom. He was outside under a tree typing something on his laptop. When I approached him he closed his laptop and looked up at me.

" Hey I'm y/n I was wondering if I could sit out here with you"

" Sure " he answered

" So whats your name?"

" It's Ian"
