Short summary of past: Ves was a quiet child, always kept in the house because of a strange sickness that lowered her immune system. She was queer, and didn't talk much but indulged herself in her grandfather's library. She was the youngest of 5 siblings, her being the only one without a twin. When there were times when she saw other children playing around, she chose to stay in because that's what her mother always told her, "Stay in and you'll be safe." She believed everything that her mother told her, even though she was burning with a fiery passion to just go outside, to have little freedoms for herself. She was separated from her siblings when she was 10, and lives a life of seclusion with a caretaker.
